You know how people are always ranting about how you should save your best for last? About how that curselax should be saved for last so it cant be WW or roared? Well Gengar is one of those pokemon who you try to show as soon as you possibly can without taking a hit. Try making one and switching it in on an EQ or return. Dont show any moves and switch out immidiately to something like skarm or bliss or snorlax to take a hit. Instantly they have no idea when they will see it again or what it has. Your opponent may switch into what he thinks is his best counter to whatever gangar he/she thinks you have. If hes wrong take a mental note and when it comes back out reak havoc as much as possible. Some people try usign this as a Alakazam with thunderbolt over thunderpunch, but with these moves why? This is probably coupled best on one of those standard teams with a skarm and lax/bliss
