Something I randomly threw together, tried it out, worked suprisingly well for not having special attacks, decided to see what you guys think.

Like I said, I want an all physical team, it's not like my main team, just for something to mess agound with. So I can't really change Zangoose and such to anything but a different physically attacking pokemon.

Edited: NO BACK SEAT MODDING!
The raters have not been active in a while. Let me give you reccomendations....

Heracross: Leftovers, interesting choice. Unfortunately, the HP doesn't fare well. I'd personally go witch a choice band. Or, @Shell Bell, Swords Dance > something else.

Celebi: You look good. However (you may be seeing this alot), adjust the DVs. IF no Hidden Power, go with Atk of 0 (less confusion damage).

Metagross: CB Gross or agiligross. Either way, T-punch has to go. I'd go with any of the following - Rock Slide, Shadow Ball, Sludge Bomb, Brick Break. Each has its uses. RockSlide has good power and typing; ShadowBall hits ghosts (they ruin explosion), Sludge Bomb for power and status inflictor, Brick Break to clear Rflect (again, explosion support).

Tyuraniboah - Uhh, I think the nature is good, though i prefer +Atk, not SATk. Also, Crunch should be on there (Gengar, Dusclops, rare Bannete/Misdreavous). T-tar is sort of a risk for your team, though, because almost everything is weak to sandstream (imagine if it gets roared in).

Flygon - Again, CB, but thats just my opinin.

Milotic - sN0w said that when testing Milotic, he found dragon breath to be more useful than mirror coat.

Umbreon - I'd go with a bit more hp. Other than that, you should be good.

Swampert - I like it. HP Bug for celebi. A utility move is on, usually (like Refresh, Curse, or Roar).

Slowking - You need calm mind, no bones about it. Trust me.

Solrock - Again, if its a physical sweeper lacking either BU or SD, Cb it.

Celebi 2 - If you want to pass a CM, you could run b-pass :D lol, no. leave it as it is.

Blaziken - Lol, Rash. Go jolly or adamant, and run overheat instead of fire blast.

Lapras - I would prefer Sing or C-ray > Protect. the EVs look okay.

Claydol - No joke, but you need rapid spin on it. Tha, and Shadow Ball > Ice beam and psychic (shadow ball hits ghosts who aren't affected by explosion, and prevent spikes from being blown).

Gengar - You're very fast. Go with Destiny bond, instead of fire punch or Giga Drain.

Thats it. I hope I helped!

Just looking for a little bit of advice on my team. It works well but gets ripped apart when I lose.

Zapdos @ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 116 HP / 120 Def / 76 Spd / 60 SAtk / 136 SDef
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Thunderbolt

Salamence (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 116 HP / 252 Atk / 140 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Flying]
- Rock Slide

Dugtrio (M) @ Choice Band ** Hans Moleman
Trait: Arena Trap
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Aerial Ace
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Bug]
- Rock Slide

Vaporeon (F) @ Leftovers ** Arnav
Trait: Water Absorb
EVs: 128 HP / 252 Def / 128 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Haze
- Ice Beam
- Surf

Claydol @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 160 HP / 92 Atk / 4 Def / 176 SAtk / 76 SDef
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)

Gardevoir (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Synchronize

Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Psychic
- Thunderbolt
- Will-O-Wisp

Your team actually looks good to me, but here are a few tips:

SleepTalk Zapdos should get HP Ice, not grass.

Vaporeon should get acid armor, and baton pass over haze and either surf or ice beam.

Claydol should be redone, to an extent. I reccomend shadow ball/explosion and EQ, or Psychic + Ice Beam, so that you don't split the EVs (With Claydol, you really can't, as full power is needed to dish out even a little damage.
For Tank-claydol, Cosmic Power and Shadow Ball instead of EQ and Ice Beam, with Careful nature, and maxing out the defense and HP.

Gardevoir looks pretty standard.

Well, I don't know if you realised this, but:
-4 of your pokemon have a big weakness to ice beam (in today's metagame, rock slide and ice beam are the most commonly used attacking moves),
-You have no way to really deal with the walls (you have exactly 2 skarmory counters, and one Blissey counter. However, Skarmory will leave upon seeing a Zapdos/Gardevoir, knowing that they both pack T-bolt).
-You lack walls yourself. Claydol sort of works as one, but it has alot of weaknesses.

I'll give you some sites that you should look at to ease the problem: Magic Stat Numbers (to help with EVs), Defensive stats EVs (in-depth), sleep talk analysis, Team building, and the index.

From psypokes, the Battling Roles. Unfortunately, I didn't really see anything like "Team Building 101", that you need. The trainers guiide had things good for in-game, and things that you don't have problems with (ie, HM use).

Ok, time for me to jump on the merry-go-round, so to speak...
This is the NB team I rebuilt these days, since the older one didn't grant me a single victory. I'd like to get some rating before jumping on the servers again, so... here it goes.

Krishna/BRELOOM (F L100)
@ Blackbelt
Trait: Effect Spore
Jolly Nature (+Spd -SA)
EVs: HP: 4/Att: 252/Speed: 252

- Sky Uppercut
- Leech Seed
- Substitute
- Giga Drain

Needed to rely on a kind of faster and sturdier fighter. Substitute/LS should be more than enough to keep her alive.

Euryale/TENTACRUEL (F L100)
@ Leftovers
Trait: Clear Body
Quirky Nature (Neutral)
EVs: HP: 12/Att: 252/ Def: 63/Spd: 62/SA: 62/SD: 63

- Hydro Pump
- Sludge Bomb
- Confuse Ray
- Hidden Power (Ground)

Tank-ish attacker to replace a Choice Band Crobat. Swords Dance would have been cool, but I've always been in love with CR X)

Speedhorn/EXPLOUD (M L100)
@ Lum Berry
Trait: Soundproof
Serious Nature (Neutral)
EVs: HP: 4/Att: 252/SA: 252

- Fire Blast
- Return
- Shadow Ball
- Earthquake

Mixed attacker. FB for steels and the rest to fill in the gaps.

Selene/CLEFABLE (F L100)
@ Leftovers
Trait: Cute Charm
Modest Nature (+SA -Att)
EVs: HP: 20/Def: 119/SA: 252/SD: 119

- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt
- Calm Mind
- Softboiled

Stolen from a FAQ. Special attacker to fill in some of the gaps in the team.

Gideon/DUSCLOPS (M L100)
@ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
Careful Nature (+SD -SA)
EVs: HP: 204/Att: 52/SD: 252

- Shadow Ball
- Seismic Toss
- Will-o-Wisp
- Calm Mind

Special tank and Skarmory/Blissey counter. Not much else to say.

Kimmie/GIRAFARIG (F L100)
@ Leftovers
Trait: Early Bird
Bold Nature (+Def -Att)
EVs: HP: 220/Def: 120/Spd: 48/SD: 120

- Agility
- Calm Mind
- Wish
- Baton Pass

BPer to reinforce the kinda sluggish attackers. I wish it could learn Snatch...

If you need further info or data on it, just let me know.

Breloom - I would like you to note that it has a higher attack than special attack. If you have substitute, I would like to mention that focus punch is a good investment, and that leech seed can help with regaining hp. If you go with spore for the last move, you'll be open to ghosts, so you may want hp ghost or hp rock (hits flyers hard). Also, you may want to change your EV spread - a bit in the defenses would be a good idea.

Tentacruel - you may have wanted to keep CB@ , as it is faster, learns more useful moves, and does confuse ray. Anyway, back to Tentacruel - You could opt for Swords Dance instead of HP Ground. Uhh, you may want to take the EVs out of the Special Attack, and put them elsewhere. And, a jolly nature or adamant is best.

Exploud - Typically @CB, but yours is okay, as it fools those with skarmory. Brave is typical, though you will want a -SAtk nature. Here's something to note: -SAtk nature with 31 SAtk DVs will always 2hko skarmory with fire blast. So, take the 252 out of special attack, and put into Speed and defenses.

Clefable - Hi mini chansey! You may want wish, for supporting your team. Modest looks good.

Dusclops - you looked at Blueshirt's faq, didn't you? Rest or substitute is probably better (not c-ray, as confusion damage decrease with W-o-W).

Girafarig - Taunters are all over the place. Psychic or Crunch in there, possibly over agility.

Unless this is for UU tourney (which it isn't because breloom is here), you should get "better" pokemon. I mean, like, Blissey > Clefable (trust me, CM Blissey works great). Also, you may want espyjump, instead of girafarig. Not for anything, but it looks like it'll fall apart at the drop of a hat (means almost instantly).

Ouch... you have a point there, in a lot of ways.
Ok, let's try this again... if this counts as spamming, please let me know.

BRELOOM @ Blackbelt
Trait: Effect Spore
Jolly Nature (+Spd -SA)
EVs: HP: 4/Att: 252/Def: 60/Speed: 132/SD: 60
- Focus Punch
- Leech Seed
- Substitute
- Hidden Power (Rock)

Since I'm going to sub anyway, why not? HP is rock because I fear Drill-Pecking Zapdos. Giga Drain was there because I needed something to OHKO Swampert with but, oh well...

TENTACRUEL @ Leftovers
Trait: Clear Body
Adamant Nature (+Att -SA)
EVs: HP: 12/Att: 252/ Def: 80/Spd: 80/SD: 84
- Hydro Pump
- Sludge Bomb
- Confuse Ray
- Swords Dance

Actually, CB@ got killed way too easily, that's why I switched to this girl.

EXPLOUD @ Lum Berry
Trait: Soundproof
Brave Nature (+Att -Spd)
EVs: HP: 4/Att: 252/Def: 84/Spd: 84/SD: 84
- Fire Blast
- Return
- Shadow Ball
- Earthquake

The EVs have been fixed, sir.

CLEFABLE @ Leftovers
Trait: Cute Charm
Modest Nature (+SA -Att)
EVs: HP: 20/Def: 119/SA: 252/SD: 119
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt
- Calm Mind
- Wish

Since I got rid of Girafarig, Wish is here to stay. And I'm basically against over-OVERused pokés, so I'm not going to go Blissey.

DUSCLOPS @ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
Careful Nature (+SD -SA)
EVs: HP: 204/Att: 52/SD: 252
- Rest
- Seismic Toss
- Will-o-Wisp
- Calm Mind

Yes, I read that FAQ, you found me out ^^; That was pretty much my only source for sets, so... yeah. Anyway, switching SB with Rest.

ESPEON @ Leftovers
Trait: Synchronize
Modest Nature
EVs: HP: 196/Def: 76/Spd: 76/SA: 84/SD: 76
- Psychic
- Calm Mind
- Substitute
- Baton Pass

Hello EspyJump! This one should be good, but I was thinking... how about a BPing Umbreon with Mean Look and Snatch?

Thank you for your cooperation, kind sir^^

Okay, I'm sorry if you perceived me as being harsh/impolite, I was tired and cranky last nigh. Now I'm better

No, It isn't spam (from what I know) if you post an updated team.

Anyway, TO THE RATE! :D

Breloom is much better. You probably wouldn't have been able to ohko swampert anyway, because your SAtk is so low, and swampy's SDef is so high. Also, don't forget, they may have maxed out the HP to 404.

Tentacruel - better. But, can you tell me what the HP stat is, on it? Beacause, you may want to take 4 EVs from the SDef and put it in HP. And, CB@ is supposed to be hit and run (get in the hit, and then run if you don't ohko them - thats why they're usually Jolly/252)

Exploud - Whats with the "sir"? Was I really sounding like it was a commond? I'm sorry.

Clefable - thats looks about right. You may want some speed EVs though (out of Special Attack).

Dusclops - You mentioned GameFaqs, so Blueshirt came to mind (I study it so much). Anyway, taunt is all over the place, so you won't be able to attack. I really must insist on Shadow Ball. Also, max out the HP (it even says so in his guide :) Give alot less SDef, and depending on the nature, have the Defense stat = the SDefense stat.

Umbreon - Its a choice, but you seemed that you wanted a CM passer. Snatch relies on prediction, and you being new to netbattle (relatively) may want to go with psych up. Mean look isn't that necessary, unless you are trapping for a reason (to, say, CR tentacruel). You could run wish on the Eeveelutions, and umbreon is a good wish passer.

No no, not sounding impolite or harsh at all ^^

Anyway...

Tentacruel's HP stat is 304... I made it a multiple of 16, so I could take advantage of Leftovers. I did the same with those who have the Lefties, that's why I don't think I'm going to change Dusclops' HP.

All other changes will be applied, and I'm keeping EspyJump and Wish on Clefable. Thank you very much^^

PS: Oh, and the "sir" was just a little affectionate mockery... nothing that should be taken too seriously ^^;

Hidden power uses several hidden numbers known as IVs or DVs. 1 DV is in each of the stats.

On special sweepers, the Attack DV/IV should be 0, 2, or 3, because Confusion damage is based on the Attack stat.

Yes. Whether it is based off the Attack or Special Attack stats is still based on type of hidden power.

Fly > AAce. Fly is a bad move; you waste 2 turns and probably pitted against a Rock-type.

Gengar (F) @ Leftovers ** Shadowcat
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 75 HP / 75 Def / 42 Spd / 253 SAtk / 65 SDef
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Destiny Bond

Good, but Counter > HP would be considered (Rock-type moves)

Dragonite (M) @ Leftovers ** Dragoman
Trait: Inner Focus
EVs: 65 HP / 252 Atk / 62 Def / 74 Spd / 57 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Brick Break
- Earthquake
- Roar
- Toxic
Wrap > Roar, cos toxi-trapping is way more effective.

Swampert (M) @ Shell Bell ** Blueboxer
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 25 HP / 252 Atk / 28 Def / 176 Spd / 29 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Ghost]
- Return
- Rock Slide
Curse > HP to power up. Also, Hydro Pump may be considered instead of Return.

Scizor (M) @ Salac Berry ** Silverblade
Trait: Swarm
EVs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Endure
- Hidden Power [Flying]
- Reversal
- Steel Wing
AAce > HP Flying.

Milotic (F) @ Leftovers ** Longtail
Trait: Marvel Scale
EVs: 64 HP / 82 Def / 79 Spd / 252 SAtk / 33 SDef
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Confuse Ray
- Ice Beam
- Recover
- Surf

I wouldn't do this if I were you. For 1, Toxi-stalling is dead tactic, as most teams have healers. Second, Crobat has frail defenses. Go with CB@, With AerialAce/AirCutter, SludgeBomb, Shadow Ball, and HP Fighting/Rock/Ground. Aa choice band attached, with Jolly nature, 252 speed, 252 Attack, 4 HP. I usually don't reccomend such basic EV spreads, but CB@ just delivers damage, and outspeeds most pokemon.

Gengar (F) @ Leftovers ** Shadowcat
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 75 HP / 75 Def / 42 Spd / 253 SAtk / 65 SDef
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Destiny Bond
- Hidden Power [Dark]
- Psychic
- Thunderbolt
Do yourself a favor - in the section where you fix the EV spreads, select lock. 76 HP, 76 Def, 40 Speed, 252 SAtk, 64 SDef. Oh, back to the moves...Ice Punch / Fire Punch/ Giga Drain > HP Dark.

Dragonite (M) @ Leftovers ** Dragoman
Trait: Inner Focus
EVs: 65 HP / 252 Atk / 62 Def / 74 Spd / 57 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Brick Break
- Earthquake
- Roar
- Toxic
Toxi-shuffling suffers from the same problem as toxi-tanking - the abundance of aromatherapy and heal bell. Oh, I would just like to take this moment to mention DDMence > Physinite.

Swampert (M) @ Shell Bell ** Blueboxer
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 25 HP / 252 Atk / 28 Def / 176 Spd / 29 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Ghost]
- Return
- Rock Slide
WHOAH. The EV spread is not for anything - deplorable. As gnaaye had mentioned, Curse should be in there (insteaqd of Return, or HP Ghost). Now, to the EVs and Nature...Little to no speed. It sucks on him, sorry. He was sort of meant to tank. You know what, put all of that speed into hp.

Scizor (M) @ Salac Berry ** Silverblade
Trait: Swarm
EVs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Endure
- Hidden Power [Flying]
- Reversal
- Steel Wing
This Is where HP Ghost comes in handy.

Milotic (F) @ Leftovers ** Longtail
Trait: Marvel Scale
EVs: 64 HP / 82 Def / 79 Spd / 252 SAtk / 33 SDef
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Confuse Ray
- Ice Beam
- Recover
- Surf
Looks good.

You have the standards, thats excellent. Now use them properly. A bit of EV tweaking, and moveset changes (as well as finding out what this metagame is about), and you are well on your way to real competetive battling.
