Team at a glance:
Spritzee -Support
Hariyama -Bulky Attacker
M-Gyarados -DD Attacker
Amoonguss -Status/Anti-stall
Rotom-H -Defensive
Aegislash -TR Attacker

Sucrose (Spritzee) (M) @ Eviolite
Ability: Aroma Veil
Level: 50
EVs: 252 HP / 236 Def / 20 SpD
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Swagger
- Trick Room
- Moonblast
- Protect

Spritz's main job is to set up TR for the team to operate in and disable the opponent with Swagger or chip some damage with Moonblast. Eviolite and EV spread allows it to survive +1 Bisharp's Iron Head and Aegislash's Flash Cannon.

Shichimi (Hariyama) @ Coba Berry
Ability: Guts
EVs: 4HP/ 252 Atk / 220 Def / 28 SpD / 4 Spe
Adamant Nature
-Fake Out
-Wide Guard
-Ice Punch
-Close Combat

Hariyama functions both as support and heavy offense for the team. Fake out can halt a threat and can help Aroma, Aegis, or Gyara set up. or for any ally to remove said threat. Since Hariyama lures Hyper Voices of either kind Wide guard fits in well to block them while an ally removes the threat. Ice punch can OHKO 252HP Landorus-T after an intimidate as well as M-Salamence if it was hit with Fake Out. Close Combat can also OHKO M-Khan after an intimidate. EVs are optimized to survive Char-X's Flare Blitz, Talonflame's CB Brave Bird w/Coba and to take an unboosted Sylveon's Hyper voice.

Gunkanmaki (Gyarados) (F) @ Gyaradosite
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 24 HP / 252 Atk / 232 Spe
Adamant Nature
-Dragon Dance
-Waterfall
-Ice Fang
-Earthquake

Required Intimidate support. Gyarados often leads and switches around to apply Intimidate when possible. In mid-late game he can DD up and mega sweep once TR is gone. With a single boost he can run through most offensive teams. Despite it's speed it fares well under TR if it doesn't boost, being able to outslow and deal solid damage to faster Rotom, Landorus, M-khan, and latios. Also he can DD on the last turn of TR if the opponent is likely to stall to keep momentum once it's gone. Speed EVs place him above 125's with one boost (For Spot Darkrai.) Rest into attack and bulk.

Truffle (Amoonguss) @ Black Sludge
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 148 Def / 108 SpD /
Bold Nature
-Spore
-Rage Powder
-Clear Smog
-Foul Play

The Annoyer and anti-staller. Often can Lead with Aromatisse or can be saved to tank and out stall. Spore is for sleeping fun, Foul Play is the standard attack and combos wonderfully with Aroma's Swagger in a TR setting. Clear Smog can erase said boosts in a pinch as well as any other set up and can also remove Overheat's drop on Rotom or and Intimidate on Hari/Gyara. Rage Powder to redirect. EVs allow him to survive Specs Hydregion DM 75% of the time, Zapdos at best can 3hko with Heat Wave, Rotom-H cannot OHKO unless it's boosted or heavily invested, and +2 milotic can't reliably OHKO with Ice beam (50% with full S.atk investment.)

Convection (Rotom-Heat) @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 240 HP / 84 Def / 180 SpD / 4 SpA
Calm Nature
-Will-O-Wisp
-Protect
-Overheat
-Volt switch

Rotom-H acts much like a sponge for special attacks and to check a few key threats in the meta. WoW cripples most physical attackers, Pain Split is a bit odd but can redirect damage or heal a teammate such as Aegis/Gyara while it sweeps. Overheat is obvious STAB and Volt switch to run away to let Gyara/Amoongus,Hari come in and maintain momentum against a switch. EVs are to survive M-Khan's Double Edge 100%, and make CB Talonflame's BB a 3hko. Dumped rest into S.def to still survive max Specs Hydregion DM 100%

Chef's Knife (Aegislash) (F) @ Lum Berry
Ability: Stance Change
EVs: 252 HP / 136 Atk / 68 Def / 52 SpD
Brave Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Swords Dance
- King's Shield
- Iron Head
- Rock Slide

Aroma setting TR up and Swaging Aegislash to sweep.
Testing Spritzee over Aromatisse, It's bulky enough to take CB Bisharp's Iron Head and Aegislash's max Flash cannon

Im gonna have to say it looks pretty good. I really dont do doubles so I cant really do a good "rate". The only thing I can maybe offer is adding volt switch/U-turn or Baton pass since it looks like your team requires a lot of switching.

I've tried Volt switch on Rotom before. The two big issues I had with him was;
-Overheat became his only attack that could do decent damage, which opponents would be able to plan or stall against.
-If the poke I used Volt switch on used Protect, Rotom would be kept in play.
I found just switching overall worked better on his case, everything on the team has enough bulk to switch in with little harm. (Barring a mispredict.)

As far as the rest I see no mons that I could sub that learn U-turn/VS/BP that wouldn't fall in other aspects.

Hrm...Yeah I see....Not much else I can offer. I don't play in Doubles enough to what the big threats are.

Haven't been playing much lately, been moving to a new house and work. However I've updated some EV spreads to be more viable at lv50 and with VGC15 threats in mind.

Amoonguss
Scooped some def to S.def to tank special better. Lives Specs Hydregion DM 75%of the time, Zapdos at best can 3hko with Heat Wave, Rotom-H cannot OHKO unless it's boosted or heavily invested, and +2 milotic can't reliably OHKO with Ice beam (50% with full S.atk investment.)

Gyarados
Max speed at +1 can't out speed max 130's at lv50, so I lowered the mark to 125's (for Spot Darkrai) and put the 20 EVs in HP

Rotom-H
Adjusted HP/DEF to survive M-Khan's Double Edge 100%, and make CB Talonflame's BB a 3hko. Dumped rest into S.def to still survive max Specs Hydregion DM 100%
