Im stuck! Im tying to pick between Mismaguis: Item: Spell Tag EV: 252 SPATCK 252 SPD 4 SPDF Moves: -Hidden Power (Fighting) -Thunderbolt -Shadow Ball -Nasty Plot Or Gengar: Life orb EV: 4 HP 252 SPD 252 SPATCK Moves: -Shadow Ball -Focus Blast -Thunderbolt -Hidden Power (Ice) Any help here? |

In OU Gengar is the better choice if your going for a special attacker due to it's 110speed and 130s.atk. If you can guarantee 2+ NP boosts on Mismagius then it can become more powerful than LO Gengar, but it is otherwise weaker in speed and S.atk at 105 each. For the NP Mismagius you may be better with leftovers and Sub over T-bolt to help gain at least one boost. Gengar usually benefits from HP fire more than Ice to have a chance against pursuit Scizor, but some variants can OHKO with Bullet punch. |

Shadow ball does more to Slowbro and Starmie than T-bolt. |

I find Missy doesn't work too well in UU so i would go for The sub 3 attack gengar W/ Hidden Power ICE Shadow Ball and Focus blast |
