So after the event where you can get Shaymin in Platinum, I decided to put him on my team. My main focus on him is harassment, considering Serene Grace and the fact that he had 30-31 IVs on speed when I caught him lol I'm thinking putting more HP EVs into him (right now it's at 100), and spread the others out among SP Atk, Def/SP Def. ATM, he has 252 in speed and 100 in HP, i just don't know how to split it between the "Special" stats. IVs are as the follows at level 30 (they're REALLY bad, mind you): HP: 9-11 Atk:28-30 Def: 14-16 SpAtk: 14-16 SpDef: 0-3 Spd: 30-31 |

Umm don't waste your time Ev training something with IVs such as those. |

I really meant him to harass, not to be some powerhouse. It's not like i can catch it over and over again: the event's done and i already saved well after that. |

You want him to be a harasser but his only good IVs are in Atk and Spd. (What nature is it?) If anything a SD set would be best, and it would have actual use as Celebi, who would perform better, is non-existant in wi-fi. |
