So although all info is not know yet, some major changes have occurred leading to much discussion.
Drizzle & Drought are going to be in the lower tiers w/ Ninetales and Politoed.
Sandstorm has also been powered up w/ sand power and sand throw.
Shadow tag is now on two pokes other than Wobbuffet. (thank god they're all weak to pursuit)
Many new pokemon have high attack, s.atk, and speed.
Blaziken makes a much more potent baton pass user than ninjask.
Dragon tail is a 60bp move with -1 priority that phazes like roar/whirlwind and is also a TM.
I haven't heard anything about new or changes to entry hazards yet. So SR is still cramping rock-weak pokes.

I think that Drizzle and Drought on Ninetales and Politoed will have a huge bump in the number of Sun and Rain teams in NU/UU. I think the gameplay is going to remain the same. Which is, hit hard and fast on one end of the spectrum or both.

I'm thinking rain will become common in OU to unleash swift swim sweepers like kingdra, kabutops, realicanth and pokes like DD gyarados and Starmie w/ thunder. Sun will be less common in OU but probably still existent. Sand will still be king :/
