As you can see, I'm currently at bad position. Vaporeon could OHKO my ScarfTran with Surf, which is certainly not allowed. I take a moment of thinking, and decide to switch to Dusknoir, who happens to be my Special wall (Togekiss would probably do the same thing, though).

Yep. I stayed in, because only thing that would OHKO me is Specsed Draco Meteor (This is EVd to survive LO Draco Meteor from Salamence). Earthquake did pretty much nothing, but I can now KO him to Oblivion. But in fear of switch, I use Dynamicpunch, which does lot of damage to any switch in.
