Basicly I've designed a team that does two things- OUTRUN the opponent enough to SWEEP.

{jolteon}@leftovers
-Timid nature
Thunderwave
Thunderbolt
Substitute
Captivate (I already have a timid one and don't feel like breeding)
Ev's- 252 speed & special attack, 4 hp

{alakazam}@choice specs (About these. if you switch in and switch out, can you pick another move?)
-Synchronize,Modest nature
eneregy ball
focus blast
calm mind
psychic
Ev's- 252 special attack/speed,4 special defense
{aerodactyl}@Choice band
-Adamant nature,
Earthquake
Rock slide
Aeriel ace
Double edge
Ev's- 252 attack/speed, 4 attack
{weavile}@expert belt
-Adamant nature
Icy wind
Brick break
Night slash
Swords dance
Ev's- 252 attack/speed, 4 HP
{ninjask}@focus sash
-Bold
swords dance
baton pass
detect
silver wind
Ev's- 252 defense, 128 speed/attack
{sceptile} @ leftovers
-Mild nature
Giga Drain
Toxic
Night slash
Energy ball
Ev's- max speed/special attack, 4 hp

This is just my first draft so please give suggestions. I know it sucks. I'm new to the metagame. By the way, by "Best speed tem" I mean " I'm trying to develop the best speed team" fat chance of that.

Ninjask: switch X-Siccors to Silver wind, and nature to Jolly. Jolteon last slot Agility, and Baton pass to Thunder wave.

For Alakazam, you can pick another move. Specs and CM don't go together, so Shadow ball to that.
Aerodactyl: Seems good.
Weavile: Ice Shard / Ice punch to Icy Wind.
Ninjask: I said before, but EV spread: 252 Spd 252 Att 4 HP
Sceptile: For special set:

Sceptile @ Choice Specs / Life Orb
Mild (Modest would be better) | OverGrow
252 SpAtt 252 Spd 4 Hp
-Grass Knot
-Dragon Pulse / Hp Ice
-Focus blast
-Leag Storm.

Seems good for newcomer. (And even if your more longer, still good)

One big flaw for pure speed teams is the dreaded trick room. You might want weavile to have ice shard as priority moves work over speed regardless.

Well, trick room isn't all THAT common. But yeah, I prefer Ice Shard on Weavile, and it does address the trick room issue (well, sorta), should you come across such a team. Oh, and isn't Icy Wind a special move? You'll probably want to change that to either Ice Punch or Ice Shard.

Question: If two pokes use a +1 priority move in trick room conditions, does the slower Pokemon go first, or does the faster one go. Ex: Weavile vs. Rattata and they both use Quick Attack and Ice Shard respectively, under trick room, which one goes first?

Rattata is faster in Trick Room, so it moves first. (Prioritys negate itself)

Not 100% sure.
