What do you think would make a good Stealth Rock Pokemon? I've been hearing and seeing people use it all the time in competitive play, so I figured I should learn more about who's good with it to possibly use.

I use a taunting Aerodactyl for Stealth Rocks...you can also try Skarmory or Forretress.

I was gonna say Skarmory, but I have yet to catch one, so I can't say from personal experience. I think Blissey works too. Most walls and sponges should be capable of using stealth rock well.

Blissey may be able to use it but I believe that move slot can be replaced with Something better suiting for it.

Hmm, well, besides the usual OU walls like Skarm/Bliss/Fort, what's a good wall to put it on? Personally I dislike having a complete team of OU's on my time, so I'd like to look in BL and UU to try to think of ways to bring more uncommon pokemon to usefullness.

Bronzong: Supported with Hypnosis or not, he gets the job done.
Donphan: Bulky enough to get it off, also can Rapid Spin!
Skarmory: Bring him in on Physical attackers and Stealth Rock on the switch.
Forrestress: Bring him in on Physical attackers and Stealth Rock on the switch.
Blissey: Bring her in on a Special Attacker and Stealth Rock on the switch.
Uxie: This guy can wall a lot, and is very bulky.
Also, Heatran is interesting to Stealth Rock with. Sponge up the Fire attack have them fear you being Scarf'd and Stealth Rock while they switch to something to wall the Fire Blast / predicted Earth Power.

You guys are forgetting swampert. It has stealth rock AND roar so he can shuffle your opponent through the rocks, not to mention water/ground typing.

I think swampert would make a great choice for a stealth rock pokemon, though I really would prefer to no use so many OU's on my team. How does...
-Earth Power
-Stealth Rock
-Explosion
-Thunder Wave
...sound?

that sounds good but it defintely gets beat by many starters, even though i would change earth power to thunderbolt, so it can trap skarmory and hurt it bad...

Probopass is... odd, but its OK if you don't like using OU. He isnt going to be sweeping much so pump his EV's into HP and his defenses. Don't get a nature that lowers any defensive stat, because thats what makes him shine. He is basically an inferior defensive magnezone.
EDIT: Also, Empoleon can stealth rock and isnt OU, and has a handy resistance to dragon attacks.

I like to use torterra.
Torterra @ Shell Bell/Lefties
Stealth Rock
Leech Seed
Wood Hammer
Earthquake
Stealth to start then leech seed to cause a switch, if they don't switch you get your HP back. If used properly it's pretty effective.

You can use a combo of roar and stealth rock, but I really don't find it necessary. I like pokemon with TONS of fire power. Skarmory is a good example and I think Arcanine can use it too.

Swampert and Empoleon can both phaze and use rocks, and Empoleon is BL.
