whats a good moveset for vaporeon

I've been answering threads for good movesets all day, so I might as well help you too

Smogon is very helpful in choosing your movesets, it shows the weaknesses, strengths, EV's, and items you need.

Vaporeon should be near the bottom of that page, and the wish set works quite well in a rain dance team, I've tried it before, because you can surf with your other pokemon and vaporeon gets healed.
