Smeargle is THE best baton passer in the game.

Choice of move.I would reccomend sub so you can go into the aforementioned gorbyess get up an agility a +2 on both sides go back to smeargle for spore/taunt. Then pass out to the finisher. Heatran is possibly one of the best.
