Anyone know a Poke that can learn Thunder Wave and has good enough Defense to take a couple of hits
One of the ones i am considering is Togekiss anyone know any others?

Well your best bet is choosing a Togekiss with good defenses.

From that list I still prefer Togekiss as a T-Waver.

Infernape101 is correct with both Blissey and Togekiss.

Idk, I prefer Blissey over togekiss just because I have had overly bad experiences with togekiss

{blissey} @ Leftovers
Bold | Natural Cure / Serene Grace - Up to you, I like Natural Cure to annoy ToxiTankers

~ Thunderwave / Aromatherapy
~ Softboiled
~ Seismic Toss
~ Ice Beam / Thunderbolt / Toxic - I have Toxic and not TW. Only chhose one. If you take TW get an attack.

^ Getting a Blissey with seismic is a bitch, I hate breeding on emerald.

Either way you may not be able to take on many EQs and it is an overused move but it's still pretty mean. Thunderwave after a while makes it so you barely squeeze in a move, I have just learned that the longer a poke is in with prz the more effective it becomes but resets if a poke re enters just like Toxic.

Its totally up to you, I have both pokes and prefer Bliss more.

I think Blissey is overused, or at least getting there. I would rather go with Togekiss because it can do a good amount of damage. :)

Well Thunderwave gets progressively worse, just like toxic, so the longer you are able to live, the more annoying it becomes. After around 7-10 turns you wont be able to move, this does reset when you switch out, again just like toxic. So with Blissey being able to live so long, she makes a pretty tough Thunderwaver.

As for Togekiss, I find that its ability Serene Grace combined with Aerial Ace or any other "Flinching" move makes for a nasty poke. All I am getting at is that Togekiss could have far better moves than Thunder Wave.

I think it starts as 1/10 chance of being unable to move, and pregresses from there.
