Personally, I liked the other ones, bbut these are cool too i guess...

As you might be able to already see, we've added a little bit more aesthetic value to the forums by adding Pokemon mini-sprites to represent each forum. Coloured sprites mean the forum has new posts, greyed sprites mean the forum has no new posts. In the case of Help, a Shiny Unown (coloured blue) means new posts and the normal Unown means no new posts And In the case of T&A, a white Lugia means new posts whereas a grey Lugia means no new posts. |

Personally I really like these, the Others were dull and boring, It's been time for a Change. If you guys think these are a little boring, take a look at the old indicators listed on the bottom of the page. If you guys still think these are boring, I can see if I can animate them to look more exciting. |

While they do add a nice touch to the forums, it's a little hard on my eyes. I'm sure I'll get used to them, but at the moment, it's very hard to tell if some forums have new posts or not (T&A especially... though there's ALWAYS someone posting in there...) |

Cool. I kinda wish it was more obvious which places had new posts, but I'll get used to it. Also, I kinda agree with Lynx, even if it would stray away from psy types. Although I've always thought of {porygon 2} as a wannabe psy type. But thats a tale for another thread. |
