I think I can do recolored sprites and I am trying to teach myself to make animations but my problem is that I have no where on the web to put stuff I make.
If I had somewhere on the web to put pictures, I'd join.

We are currently looking for members skilled in making, Custom Trainer Sprites, Pokemon/Trainer Sprites, Animations, Pokemon Fakes, Recolored Sprites and maybe even Banners. So whoever wants to join can post here or PM me or Darkkend, and I or Darkkend will send some test requests for you to do! Note: Lately alot of the Graphics Section members have disappeared (Everyone pretty much except I, Darkkend, Crosman and Skull Kid), so some requests for things such as Animations and Pokemon + Trainer avs may have to wait until we can get another member for those areas. I don't think you'll be able to use image hosters without registering on there, maybe you could search around and see if you can find a different host site. |

well, I'm pretty sure Image Shack lets you upload pics without an account. But, if you make an account, you can view them all on a management page. 1MB (true MB; 1024KB) size limit on the pics too. My Image Shack where I keep CGs and stuff, if you're interested in looking at my attempts and failures. Good site, easy setup. |

leet for: In case you hadn't noticed you're already in the Graphics Section for making Animated Avs, And for making Banners, they look a little cheap, and we already have 3 people making Banners. Myuutsuu: Well when you're ready, maybe you could show some of your work. Also there are some requests in the Graphics Section for a Pokemon + Trainer Av and a Blastoise (Water shooting out of it's cannons) Animation, we definately need someone to help out in those fields. Since Skorpius hasn't been on. |

poke_D-molisher: Well I thought the Scizor one was good, but the other looks kinda strange, maybe you could PM Darkkend for the sigs tests, I don't really know much about the sigs. I'll PM some Recolor tests later or tomorrow. |

She's Gryph, my online persona. <img src=http://tinypic.com/4j6r89> -An edit of Cassius, one of my made-up pokemon characters. <IMG src=http://tinypic.com/4jnp0w> -A "Frankenstein" edit of two trainer sprites, with some colour changes <IMG src=http://tinypic.com/4jnp5d> -My new sig banner <IMG src=http://tinypic.com/4jnp83> -A team photo of Cassius and his pokemon I can easily do trainer sprite+pokemon edits, and if necessary I can do recolours (although they're pretty difficult for me, I'm sure others have programs that'd make them much easier.) I can also do semi-custom sprites, like the ones shown here, which I make mostly by taking bits from many sprites and filling in the blanks. I'm still pretty new at this whole pixel thing, though, so I don't know if all my edits will turn out good. Edit: Oh, and I can sorta-kinda-maybe do animations, but only sometimes. I may be able to join. As soon as I figure out how to work GIMP. :x I did ok. It's not the best, and I can't do anything fancy. But THIS is the best I can do.  Ok, not the BEST, but close.
THIS is the advertisement for Psypoke on my site. May I add, the banners I make are extremely basic, so you probably woldn't want me. But I can make substitues for people who have to wait a long time. Just a thought.

Gryphflame: Would you want to try to make some Pokemon + Trainer Avatars? Right now we don't have anyone to make some. Truestar: Isn't it kinda pointless to make substitute ones for members, while they're waiting? And they probably wouldn't keep your's since they'd be getting another one. Personally I think the members should be more patient, we don't just open a file and click a button for this stuff. We have to edit and do alot of things for these. It takes time and effort to make these Graphics. I tried the GIMP thing, not that good to me either, Paint works better for me. |

Sure  If I don't have to edit the sprites at all, that only takes me a few seconds.
And WPM, I use MS Paint for pixeling, GIMP for animations (not something I'd recommend, but it works) and a cruddy laptop with a mediocre mouse X.x |
