She gave him a look that clearly said she wasn't totally conviced. What if something came along that neither of them could handle, something their pokemon couldn't handle, what would they do next? Alana decided it would be best to trust his judgement. Slowly she nodded and said, while averting her gaze to her Shelder, "I think you'd better lead this time." |

"Sure..." he let one hand drop but held the other tightly. He started to walk with Alana, retracing their footsteps. "Hey...is anything the matter?" Amos was pretty concerned about her and it rang in his voice. He's never seen somebody on the verge of falling to pieces so much before. "I don't want to pry or anything but...is everything ok?" |

Her eyes widened a bit at the questiong, was everything alright besides being lost? She was quiet for a moment, debating if anything was wrong. "No, I'm fine." Alana reached for her Shelder's pokeball and had it return. She attatched the pokeball to her belt as she continued to walk by Amos. |

"Good, I'm glad..." The words seemed to echo around in the trees. Amos kept his eyes on Alana while they walked. He kept thinking about how pretty she really was. He never noticed it before, at least not like this. He started to wonder what she thought of him but didn't say a word. Light was coming from a city closeby. |

Alana fiddled with her glasses as she continued to look around, being careful where she stepped. When she saw the light she asked, "Do you think that's Petalburg?" To be honest she didn't know if there were any other cities nearby, or towns, so it was a valid question for her. |

Her voice snapped him out of his daydreams. "Huh, yeah. I'm pretty sure it is." He looked around the bend and saw Petalburg sure enough. "Yup, we're back. We should go check in on the others." |

Again she nodded and tried to memorize the sights Petalburg City had. She didn't know how long they'd be here so she wanted to be semi-aquainted with the area. |

Sam followed Lavitar into the forest and found him eating off a berry bush. "Ah so you were hungry!You should've told me i have fruit!",said Sam quite annoyed but glad that Lavitar was safe. "Now...where are we?",he said nervously. He'd gone through so much of the forest he was lost! "Great.",he mumbled. He decided to head for the lightest part of the forest when he saw two strange shapes in the distance... "Hello?",he shouted. No answer. "Hmm lets go Lavitar" They headed to the "shapes" ((hopefully the "shapes" will be able to be Alana and Amos)) |

Amos heard somebody shout and looked around untill he saw a kid walking towards them with a larvitar. "Sam, is that you?" He edged himself between the shadowy figure and Alana and clutched her hand. |

As he got closer to the shapes he saw that they were only Amos and another girl. "Hey Amos and hey,i don't think we've met",he said to Amos and the other girl. "I'm Sam",he said putting out his hand to shake hers. "So..what are you doing here in Petalburg forest?",he asked curiously. ((I think its called petalburg forest)) |

"Well we have two choices",he said. "We can move on through the forest and make our way to Rustboro city to challenge the gym and leave Ella and Zack alone.Or we can go back to Ella and Zack and make our way through together." "Personally i think it would be alot faster if we went to Rustboro by ourselves,since it looks like we're nearly there,so we have less chance of getting lost." He looked at Alana and Amos. "Well,think about it.",he said. |

Zack grinned, "Alright, alright, settle down! It's not that big of a deal. Besides, we're friends, aren't we?" he nodded to Ella. Zack then turned to face the forest's direction, "Why aren't they back yet...?" he said puzzled, "Maybe, they're in trouble..." he thought out loud, wondering of what he should do. |

Alana nervously shook his hand and gave him a tentative smile. She blinked and looked around at the suggestion. The city of Petalburg was right behind Amos and her, where Ella and Zach were. So how were they closer to Rustburo then? "But Petalburg...is right there," she meekly pointed to the city over her shoulder. "And...it would be rude," her gaze shot to the ground, "I mean...they may worry if we just...run off." |

Alana began looking between Petalburg and Sam her worry was evident. She began stuttering, "You shouldn't-I mean..." This wasn't fair, she didn't want to make decisions, Alana wasn't a leader and she knew it. But she did know it wasn't the best idea to wander off like Sam was doing necessarily, maybe he'd be fine but still. |

Amos could see Alana's discontent with choosing. "Let's just head back then. We can all head out in the morning." He headed back into Petalburg and the pokemon center where zack and ella were probably staying. |

"Lavi?" asked lavitar. Sam sighed. "What?" "LAVI!" shouted Lavitar. "Huh?Oh you mean why we left" "Well they don't need someone like me pressuring them to do stuff they don't wanna do....besides that way they can make desisions and move a lot faster.Its not like they need me anyway" he replyed. "LAVITAR!" shouted Lavitar. "Huh?Wha....woah!" Sam crashed down into a pit. "Aw crap now what" he said annoyed. "Lavitar can u go get help?" "Lavitar!" said lavitar soluting Sam. Lavitar ran and ran looking for Alana and Amos. He ran all the way out of the forest and started heading for the Petalburg pokemon center. There had to be someone who could help him help Sam in there. ((i dunno if "crap" is counted swearing on psypoke..so could someone tell me so i can change it if possible.)) |

Zack was asleep in a chair with his arms crossed when Amos entered the Pokemon Center with Alana right behind him. He woke up when he heard the footsteps and stood up after a big yawn and a stretch, "Well, you guys sure took your sweet time...but I'm glad you're okay, I guess..." Zack smiled to the two as Sam's Lavitar suddenly bolted in and jumped up onto Zack's chest forcing him falling to the floor with a thump, "Ouch! Hey! What's up, Larvitar? Where's Sam?" he asked the little pokemon. |
