James laughed at Roy's comment, then turned to Kitty. "Of course you can come, just be careful." He looked back to Sebastian and thanked him for the berries. "We'll be back soon, if you need anything just blow the conch." James stepped over the Geodude as it continued rolling down it's path and into the jungle once again. This time it was daylight and much less intimidating than the night before. Something struck him suddenly. "Hey...what are we going to use to kill the pokemon? We have a knife...but we need something more..."

"I'll be careful alright. Did you know I can slap off a Rhyperior?" asked Kitty, smiling. They entered the forest. It was dark and Aipoms and other things screeched. No light filtered through the foliage.

"Um, I'm stickin' with you two," said Kitty, and grabbed hold of both their arms.

Something rustled in the undergrowth....

As the gang moved into the forest, Clarke felt Kitty's arm grab his as something moved on the ground.

Wat did I miss? Sorry I haven't been on, I was unexpectantly banned from the computer. :/ Can someone summarize what I missed?

Basically khouf <nice ta see you back, btw. ;]>, somehow, you and XRader got separated from the group. Nightmare blew the conch, which should attract you two. Meanwhile, paco attack Jag, and I got angry, demanded that he was nice, and slapped him.....=D. Then, I started to cooperate, washed out my wound, but there were Sharpedoes in the water, so Jag and me ran away. Now we're waiting for you and Rader, and Jimmy, me, Jag and paco have all gone hunting and there's scary noises and I'm holding onto them. Oh, and Nightmare stayed behind.

James slowed his walk cautiously. He spoke quietly as Kitty held his arm. "Don't make any sudden movements...it might not even be harmful." He watrched the ground carefully as they continued, waiting for it to show itself.

Kitty leapt behind James and pulled Clarke and Roy in front of her violently.

"It had better frickin' not be harmful!" she hissed frantically.

The undergrowth rustled some more. Kitty gripped the boys' arms.....

And an enormous Ursaring leapt out, knocking Clarke, Roy, and James over and lifting Kitty up. It attempted to run away but Kitty clung onto it and screamed as she was dragged along the forest floor.

James got up and rubbed his head. "What just happened...?" He looked around saw the helpless Kitty getting dragged away. He charged after her, leaping over rocks and ducking under tree branches. He stopped ocne he had her in eyeshot and found that the Ursaring had dragged Kitty back to a cave. He looked back, panting, to see if the others had followed.

As Clarke managed to get to his feet he saw James dash chasing the Ursaring. Clarke got up to follow and ran into a tree. :frustrated: Eventually shaking it off he lept after James.

So, OK. Can I stop being a damsel in distress?? I'm showin' you men how it's done.

Kitty stared at the 3 Teddiursas that looked at her curiously.

For some bizzarre reason, I don't think the Ursaring knows I'm here.

The Ursaring chivvied its children along, oblivious to Kitty. The Teddiursas cried out and pointed at her. Kitty froze.

The Ursaring turned around and roared.

Kitty screamed.

The scream was so long and high pitched that the Bear Pokemon family fled and Swellows and Tropiuses took to the air. Still Kitty screamed until there was a rumble, a crack then the sound of stone shattering against stone. Kitty opened her eyes and stopped screaming. A stalactite had crumbled and shattered.

"Wow. That's.....pretty cool," exclaimed Kitty. She heard a strange rustling and turned around to an enormous flock of Zubat, Golbat, and Crobat. There was only one think that Kitty couldn't stand.

BATS.

Again she screamed, racing towards the cave entrance in terror, stumbling as she flew out at high speed and collided with Clarke and James.

James heard Kitty scream and ran even faster, only to have her collide with him outside the cave. He caught her and knelt low as to avoid the flock of bats charging out at them. "Geez...are you ok? That scream was just...massive!" He laughed and looked to Clarke, you're good too, right? Those bats can be pretty rough..."

Running. Running. Ouch.

Kitty crashed into them and a swarm of bats flew towards Clarke's face.

Ouch.

" you're good too, right? Those bats can be pretty rough..." James asked.

"Yeah, I'm sure I will be fine." Clarke said rubbing his face.
