Coming down from her position in the air, she watched Shard, Aaron, and the three other Fighting Pokemon talking, and suddenly she felt a bit arrogant. They couldn't hurt her, for she was a Ghost type. Warily watching the conversation, she very much wanted to say something that would make the fighting types stop being so arrogant, but unfortunately she was at a loss for words. |

The ditto saw its chance and flew through the ventilation to find out where the two pokemon had gone. He had seen a mudkip walk in, a machamp jump out, then he blinked and the two dissapepeared. Then another pokemon had walked in and seen the same thing. As well as a pair of earrings he had apparentl neglected to steal. He decided it would be worth his while to find out what was going on and headed to the room below that one. Low and behld, he saw a mudkip fighting the Machamp and decided to help out with a hypnosis attack. |

Shard batted away Riko's hand. "Their called, The Fighting Gang. And if you the name is a sign of their unoriginality, you're wrong. "Six years ago, a group of really strong fighting types got together and decided to form a gang that only allowed fighting types of the highest quality in. Problem was, they couldn't agree on a name. In the end, the only name they could compromise on was, 'The Fighting Gang.' "However, there were other gangs of fighting types at the time. So, the only way to make that name distinguishable was for them to be the only fighting type gang. One by one, they went to every single other gang and offered them three choices: One, leave the city. Two, prove themselves worthy and join them. Three...Well, I don't think I really need to tell anyone what option three was. "By the way, if you are wondering how the story ended, they are called, 'The Fighting Gang." |

Hector was about to make a move. But, a single wave of Cross's arm kept him in his place. "You can't control what the kid does, Aaron. He's in no gang so there's nothing to stop him from joining us. Besides, even if you wanted to attack, The Fighting Gang has many other's who'd get revenge on you for us. But for now, we shall take our leave. The boy is unconscious so he can't make the correct choice to join us right now. Toodles." With that, Cross turned and walked away. Again he didn't so much as give Shard a glance. Stephanie fallowed Cross, but Hector was staring bitterly at Shard. The old boss had prevented Hector and his friends from wasting Shard two years ago. But the new boss wouldn't be so kind to the charmeleon and Hector was hoping for another shot at him. "Hector, let's go!" Cross yelled. Hector grumbled something and walked away with his group. "I hate those guys." Shard said. |

Aaron mumbled, a bit afraid to say it too loud, just in case the Fighting Gang changed their minds about leaving, although it looked like they were too far gone anyway. "Glad that's over. Aaron picked up the other arm. "Same here. Maybe we should fight them together. I'd much rather have a microscopic chance than none at all." Frank was...um...I dunno. I guess he never found the jewel thief, and not too much was taken, so he did what he always did when somene got away; gorge himself on food court hot dogs. |

Spirit, now floating on her back parallel to the Hitmontop, Shard, and the two Lucario-one of who was unconscious- and listening to their conversation, said, "I'd be glad to help as well. Those guys are just plain idiots, and since I'm a ghost type their main weapon of Fighting attacks won't phase me." Looking at the unconscious Lucario, she wondered to herself, "Geez...one of the stupidest things you can do is try to commit a crime and fail." |

"It'll be nice to get your help, Spirit. But they aren't top fighting types for nothing. They know how to use moves that aren't fighting and normal. Most of them can use rock attacks and I know from first hand experience that Hector knows how to use shadow ball." Shard then explained to Jack the story about The Fighting Gang's history. "How tough is the snorlax, anyone know? If they bring their guys to the mall to get our theif, he'll be forced to help us. Problem is, one brick break might take him out if he can't curse himself up or something." |

"Nope, I'm a loner mostly. Just a regular Pokemon trying to enjoy this mall, if only those jerks weren't around," Aaron said bitterly, obviously talking about the Fighting Gang. "And Frank is one of the best Curselaxes in the world. He was a world class fighter for nothing, but now he's retired from that, mostly due to age, but he can still fight. And with us helping, at least we stand a chance." |

"I saw that on the TV!" Then Riko felt someone poking him in the back.He turned around and...... "AAAAGGGGGHHHHH!! Wait,Cassie?" Where he was looking was a Marshtomp staring at him. "Cassie,what do you want?" Cassie then grabbed Riko's hand and laid him FLAT. (Cassie is like Frank with S_S,she's my secondary character or something like that. .)

Spirit merely registered a small amount of astonishment at the revelation that the Snorlax was a world-renowned fighter. "Ah, I've heard of him before. But, still, power does not a battle make. Thinking things through, however, does lead to victory. For example, I once defeated a Magmar not using superior power, but superior intelligence." She looked up for a minute, and then added, "But, still, if something is to be done about those jerks, actions do speak louder than words. It would be nice if they had a single weakness we could exploit... well, okay, maybe more than one, but I hope somebody at least gets my drift. "However, first thing's first. Shard thought for a moment. "No, I don't know his name. But, if you are wondering about a weakness the group has, the gang they've had the most problems with is this one gang of theives that specialize in baton passing. It's mainly physical defense that stops them and the gang of theives are good at baton passing iron defense and barriers. "So, yeah. Physical defense is their weakness. Not reflect though, they can just brick break through that." --------------------------------------------------------- (Meanwhile...) "Is it worth having a brawl at the shopping mall?" Stephanie asked. "After all, getting that lucario on are side isn't a necessity and fighting in the mall means going against Frank the Crusher." "It is a necessity, Steph." Cross mumbled. "That hariyama that replaced our former leader has been doing things all wrong. It's about time I took over the gang and you, me, Hector, and the others I've managed to recruit in secret aren't enough to overthrow her. With a lucario like that on our side, though, we can take action against her. Going up against that snorlax is worth the risk." Hector then chimed in. "Plus, if we manage to take out Frank the Crusher, our street status will be enormous. Then, we can get more members of The Fighting Gang to join us." Stephanie pondered these points and decided. "Very well, we will attack the mall." |

The Fighting Gang walked past the place where Ted stood. He was tempted to use a Psychic attack on them but thought better of it. Ted shivered. He hated that gang. He started to follow the pokemon with the fainted Lucario. They were talking about a famous CurseLax. Ted remembered his days as a curser. He had horriblely failed at it. Then he heard the word "Frank". Now Ted was thinking hard. "Curselax, Frank, umm..  " He stopped. "Frank is THE Curselax?!" Now half of him wanted to run from Frank and the other half wanted to go get his autograph. He looked around. Frank was nowhere to be seen. Ted caught up with the group. "Anybody seen Frank?"

Aaron stopped for a moment for two reasons. One, they were at the Pokemon clinic, which was like a Pokemon Center, except there was no machine thingy for Pokeballs since all the Pokemon were wild. Two, Ted had caught up with the group. "Frank's over at the food court," Aaron stated. Then he turned towards the Nurse Joy figure, a Chansey (um, duh). "This Lucario fainted in a battle. Do you think you can revive him, please?" |

"Ok, thanks." Ted said when Aaron gave him Frank's location. Ted walked off in that direction. On his way he realized he didn't have any paper or a pen with him. "Dang." He spoted a map and looked at it. There was an office supply store 3 shops down so he made his way there and bought some paper and pens. Then he started walking back to the Food Court. |
