"Relax, Spirit." Shard said as he ducked down, letting the attack fly over his head. "A: Anyone who would throw that, 'Your name's Shard? Well that's what you're going to be when I'm through with you.' line has got to be like 12 years old. Ipso facto, not much of a challenge. B: I've seen plenty of steet fights from my delinquent days and I know an ice beam when I hear one. Being the amazing fire type pokemon that I know I am, I had nothing to fear even if it did hit."

The part B was said in a very arrogent tone.

He then turned around to find who shot the beam at him. He saw a small, pink swampert glaring at him angrily. Despite his best effots to keep his game face on, Shard ended up cracking up.

"Hahahaha...Real tough looking, pal. Maybe I could russle up some new-born cleffa for you to fight. Hahaha! At least they'd match your pretty pink color...and your size! Hahaha!"

((S_S, you never answered, are we going with normal rules for what's a physical attack and what's a special attack or are we using D/P rules?))

They walked/glided over to the food court. "Do you see your mother anywhere?" Ted asked the Skitty. "Ummm... there she is!" The Delcatty was sitting at a table looking very sad. The Skitty started to run towards its mother. "Hmmmm..." thought Ted. He walked over to the table and introduced himself. "Hello, I'm Ted. Your child got lost so we helped her find you." He yawned. "Thank you so much. I was about to..." The Delcatty started to say then she fell asleep. Ted turned to Timothy. "Is this going to be more of a hit-and-run tactic?"

Kaze slowly walked through the large, arched eastern entrance to the mall, which led to the food court, nervously looking at the enormous food court, the fast food booths lining it, and the people walking, and running around her. Kaze quickly walked, trying to remain as inconspicuous as possible (which is of course, difficult, when many of the creatures around you are a couple feet shorter then you.), towards a chinese fast food booth. Having only been inside this mall a few times in the past, Kaze didn't know the entire layout of the enormous mall. One of her friends had told her to meet them here, near the same chinese food booth that she was rushing towards at the moment, but she didn't see them anywhere nearby. Kaze was slightly worried, for a second, but then shook that feeling away, thinking that they hadn't arrived yet, or they had wandered off to another section of the mall.

Kaze then noticed what was the problem. She was three hours late.

"Ah, drats. Well, that explains it..."

"You...You...."By now,Riko had tears streaming down his face,"You.....You.."Then he ran like never before,and grabbed Shard by the neck,and started slapping him silly(Return)"I'll....I'll...."

((Slight problem, gonga. You're character is supposed to be 12 years old. If for whatever reason he managed to evolve into a swampert, it wouldn't be a very big one. Also, you god modded Shard when you said that Riko grabbed him without me saying it was ok. The most you could have said was that Riko ran up to Shard and reached for his neck, getting ready to smack him using return. If I approved of it, I'd have let you grab Shard. Since you god modded, I'm not going to let you grab Shard.))

Seeing the swampert run towards him, Shard calmly side-stepped out of the way of the pink kid's charge. He simply started walking away and called out to Spirit. "Hey, Spirit, do you want to check out what ended up happening to that shop-lifting lucario?"

While waiting for Spirit's response, he turned to the pink swampert. "Hey, Pinky. Listen, I'm 17 years old and I've been through my share of street fights. I'm not going to waste my time on some 12 year old with a hero complex."

Spirit replied, "Fine. I can see that you're perfectly capable of dealing wi-wi-" She giggled, thinking of the pink Swampert. "Whatever, I'll go. You deal with Pinky."

With that, she floated off, in search of the Lucario who had provided her with amusement before. Looking for him, she couldn't find him at a glance, so she flitted about, here and there, looking to see what had become of him.

"Ungh!" Lucario fell to the ground, knocked over by the hitmontop's hi jump kick. Ritch looked up at him, and was about to say something rude, witty, and insulting, but then realized something. He was extremely low on health!

One more hit and I'm DONE for...

Ritch took the bag of five CDs left and threw it behind Aaron, trying to get him to go away.

((For the record, Ritch's and Shard's crimes made sense. Jack and Shard were talking about how easy it would be to waste a pokemon, and Ritch's personality led him to prove he was NOT that kind of pokemon that would get wasted so easily. And he's not smart enough to think of another way to get in a fight other than shoplifting.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems like Shard burnt the store for two reasons: 1. Because he felt sympathy for Ritch, and 2. He longed for the kind of adventure Ritch was having. But that's only my perception of it.

Ted's crime was totally random. :/ ))

"My name is not pinky,it's Riko,and do you think I wanted to be pink?"Riko started to get ready for a Earthquake attack."And furthermore,why did you burn the store?"

((No problem. Even I had to learn that once. By the way, you can say you made an EQ attack, you just can't say what it does to anyone other than your character(s).))

Shard gritted his teeth as the earthquake shook the ground. The attack did a bit of damage, but the young swampert wasn't strong enough to do anything too harmful.

"What's this 'store burning' you're trying to pin on me? If you are talking about that fabric store, I have no idea who started that fire. Purhapse some young punk with a way-ward fire punch or some other fire attack he was trying to show off." He said in a 'nah-nah you can't prove it so I'm not going to admit anything' tone.

"Furthermore, Pinky, someone has to teach you not to mess with the big boys." Shard powered up a sunny day. "Now step off, unless you want that someone to be me. You attacked me first and I offered to walk away, yet you still attacked. That makes everything I do to you self-defence."

"Ok..." Shard said as Riko left. "Well, at least I don't have to waste time on some kid. I might as well follow Spirit and see what's going on with that lucario."

"I need some money.Hey,Shard is going to that ghost!"Riko then ran to the two of them.

Riko soon caught up to Shard who was merely walking. Since he no longer saw an aggressive look on his face, Shard figured Riko wanted something else.

"Ummm...can I help you?" He asked Riko, still walking in the direction Spirit floated.

"Just wanted to say,I'm sorry.I was a bit agitated,then the fire came,and I thought you started it.And you calling me pinky didn't help.Soooooooo how 'bout call it even?"Riko said.

Spirit heard a bit of noise behind her. Turning her gaze, but not her head, she noted that the Swampert was trying to make amends with Shard. She personally thought it a bit strange to be attacking somebody one second and then asking to call it even strange. Nonetheless, she continued looking for the Lucario, aware that Shard and the other Pokemon were following her.

Finally spotting the Lucario throwing what remained of his CD's at a Hitmontop, she stopped moving and floated above the scene, waiting for the other two to catch up.

Julliette spun around at the noise calling her name. "Yes?" She asked curiously. She messed with her ear while waiting for an answer. Just then, she got another flash of memory from some years ago. A Pikachu, and a...Ralts? Yes yes. Her memory on the two Mudkips was still foggy.
"You know," she began, "something seems familiar about you."

Julliette chuckled. "Oh, don't cry about it. It's nothing." She nodded happily.

"We should go to the rest of the stores, huh?" She asked, ready to go.

Shard roled his eyes. "Fine, we're even."

The two caught up to where Spirit was and looked on as the lucario threw the CD's. "Did I miss anything?" He asked Spirit.

Riko tried to look smart, but to no avail. "I need something to eat!" Riko ran to a electronics store, and came back, carrying a remote. "Don't want to miss the action." He pressed pause thrice. "CRAP! It didn't work.Stupid......" Then he uttered some certain words. ".........lying shopkeeper." Then, he turned around, but didn't see the wall. He hit the wall and got knocked out.

"Enough with the throwing of the CDs already," Aaron ordered. "I've been told by security to take you into justice."

"Jeez that was lame..."

"So are you going to give up easily, or do I have to beat you up first?"
