Jack hopped into the pod and was loving every minuet of it. He though it an honour to be chosen and could not wait to get in.

Matt was scared. He'd enver been in such a high tech room. He looked around awkwardly until he was brought to his pod.
"Now just get in and you'll be tranported to a whole other world."
Matt didn't speak, he wasn't comfortable at all. He quickly got into his pod and saw the light beam over him. His body felt like it were transferring to a whole other dimension.

Jimmy soon opened his eyes and saw a bright wight light. He looked around and saw people wearing what looked like Nurse and Doctor uniforms.
"Ahhh, you must be the newcomers. Please, let me welcome you to Proctor City!"
A tall scientist helped Jimmy out of his pod and issued his assistants to help the others.
"Now in this city, we have a regular scenario for choosing your starter pokemon. Just fill out this form."
The kids were all given a small slip upon entering the new city.
"Please just fill this out and we'll have your pokemon ready to go! Oh, but please remember, any pokemon you choose must be a basic starting at level 10."
Jimmy smiled, not knowing what to say, he was still so excited to just be ther -- where ever there was. He heard a small buzzing over his head and swatted it a few times. His hand was quickly stopped.
"Oh please, let me explain! This is what we call your Navigator, or Navi for short. It stores all of your data so that when you leave or return, you pick up exaclty where you left off."
JImmy looked closely at it to see it was the same color and shape as the pin he recieved when he first arrived.
"Genius..."
He picked up his Pokemon Application and filled it out quickly. There was a note attatched that read: "For special certificants only: You may each choose 1 TM move your pokemon to begin with."

Moveset: Tackle, Howl, Sand-Attack, Thief
Personality: Hostile toward strangers, this Poochyena will attack anyone he's unfamiliar with. He loves the thrill of battle and refuses to hold back when in battle. Despite this, he's a very loyal companion and will do anyting for his partner.
Likes: Battle, Playing, Warm Climates
Dislikes: Fish, Cold Weather, Strangers
Abnormalities: None

Jimmy handed his slip in to the doctor and was told to sit in a chair. He waited patiently for the others.

Aeris looked at the form.

Oh boy, he thought. Well, let's see how good this virtual reality really is.

He punched the nearest doctor in the face.
Or at least tried to. The doctor simply faded and moved back a few steps, laughing.
"Now, now, we can't have that now, can we? Just fill out the form and enjoy the game."

Aeris decided that the best thing to do at the moment would be to fill out the form. Testing the limits of the game could come later.

He was told to sit in a chair and wait.
Instead, he attmepted to throw his chair at the walls. The chair wouldn't budge and people stared at him. He sat down.

Jet looked at the form handed to him and qietly filled it out. This seems fishy.

((So I just found out that K_K is on vacation..lol He told me to keep on going and he'll catch up when he returns. Anyway...please excuse me while I unspam my post.))

A doctor approached the group.
"Ahhh, so you've finished! Astounding..."
He sketched some things down on his notepad and looked down at the children. His virtual eyes were dark and empty, as a cyber-drone would appear to be. Only the real people in here had color to their eyes.
"Now in this world, you can catch a large array of pokemon, just off of route 1."
He shuffled through a desk drawer and handed each of them a scroll-looking paper.
"This is a map of C.I.R.I.U.S., with this you'll be able to tell where you are from anywhere."

Jimmy looked at him funny.
"We're in a computer...and being handed paper?"

The doctor laughed and set his hand on Jimmy's head.
"Child...we're trying to make this as realistic as possible."
He continued on his rant.
"As for the Pokedex, your Navi will record all information for you. Just as it anything and it will respond; Watch. Navi, please specify all pokemon found on route 1."

Jimmy's Navi flashed and responded after a beep and a flicker.
"Pokemon found on route 1:


"At night:"


"And now this information will be stored in your Navi until you need it."
He looked up at the others.
"Same for yours! -- Ah!"
The Doctor rushed back into his drawer and pulled out several blue and black colored pokeballs.
"These are what we call 'Cyberballs'. They're the equivilant to Pokeballs in allowing you to capture weakened pokemon."
He passed out 3 to each person.
"But please, don't let me hold you back any longer -- go! Play! You're first destination will be Circuit Forest."

Jimmy looked at the rest once they'd left the building as if to ask how to get there.

Aeris tried to rip up his map. It didn't work.

"Well, that was quite blunt, wasn't it? I guess we just go to route one and 'adventureize'."

Aeris ran ahead of the others.
"Go! Sneas- hey! I don't have my pokemon!"
Suddenly, the professor appeared beside him, floating as Aeris ran.
"I'm sorry. I seem to have forgotten to give you your pokemon. Here. Take this Cyberball."
Aeris took it and threw it. Sneasel popped out with a flash of light, and started running along with Aeris.
The professor faded. "Have....fun...."

Aeris found that he had run into a large plain of tall grass. He looked down at sneasel.
"So, do you know where to go?"
Sneasel sat down in the grass and looked sad.
Aeris turned around. The other players were still a ways behind.
Suddenly, a round object hit him in the back.
He turned quickly, and saw a blur racing toward him through the air.
"EEVEEEEEE!!!!!" it cried.

Aeris landed on his back. The Eevee curled up on his chest and promptly fell asleep.

"Umm... Hey, Sneasel, a little help here?"

Sneasel poked the eevee a few times with his claws and shrugged.

Aeris stood up, and the eevee fell, hitting the ground and waking up. It glared.
"uh oh....Sneasel, quick! Use X-Scissor!"
Sneasel leapt swiftly in front of Eevee and struck out with his claws. The Eevee took the hit, and jumped forward, tackling Sneasel.
"Sneasel! Screech!"
As Sneasel screeched, Eevee rolled away, trying to block its ears from the harsh noise.
"Go! Quick Attack!"
Sneasel ran up and pounded into Eevee, knocking the wind out of it.

"Ok.." said Aeris to himself. "Now I throw this CyberBall thingy..."
He lobbed it at Eevee. Eevee was drawn into the ball in a flah of light, and the ball settled.

"Cool!" said Aeris. "I got an Eevee! Come on, Sneasel! This is gonna be great!"
He turned to look at the others lagging behind.
"HEY! HURRY UP YOU GUYS!" he shouted.

Personality:sarcastic and funny, can be smart at times but 89.42% of the time hes not and his sarcasim gets him into trouble alot
History:grew up in blackthorn city where he later moved to the jade region (kipper's tall grass trpg((text rpg)) then moved to goldenrod city in johto where his other relatives live (aunt and uncle) when his grandparents died he stayed in goldenrod and did nothing until C.I.R.I.U.S made a virtual reality ''game'' and chose marcus to play for as long as he wanted. Marcus egerly accepted because he had nothing else to do because he had no money to go bak to the jade region.
Best qualities:funny and strong built body,sarcastic is both bad and good because he can convince people to do stuff and be funny about it
Worst qualities:sarcasim doesnt always charm people or make tem laugh so sarcastic qualitys are 50/50 in a bad/good ratio, he doesnt think about what will happen when he does something he acts first thinks later
Anything else important to them:a mysterious trainer (that turned out to be lance in the jade region) gave him a shadow stone that he wears around his neck all the time.
