Poke'mon: Legend of the Sacred Beasts

Chapter I

The sun began to peek over the treetops, bathing everything with an orange glow. A gentle breeze wispered throught the trees as a flock of Pidgeys and Pidgeottos glided above the trees, where Mankeys and Primapes played. Flowers adorned the magnificent plateau, creating a soft scent that was wafted through the air by the breeze.
Alex sat admiring the brilliant scenery of Indigo Plateau, the soft scent tickling his nose, and the calls of the wild pokemon echoing through the mountains. He looked up at his Charizard, the companion he had set out with from Pallet Town, who was as much entranced by the beauty as he was. The proud creature let out a soft bellow when he noticed Alex's gaze.
A PA system blared all around the Plateau; "The Championship match between The Challenger, Alex, and the Champion, Gary, will begin shortly. Competitors, please report to the Arena."
A smile spread acros his face as he turned to Charizard,"You ready, buddy?"Alex asked him.Charizard let out a triumphant roar. Alex smiled, Charizard spread his wings as Alex climbed onto his back. With a mighty thrust of his wings, Charizard propelled both he and Alex into the air.
They flew above the stadium and circled it, the crowd erupted with aplause and cheers.He Spotted Gary at one end of the Arena. The Announcer called again with the PA;"The Challenger, Alex, has arived at the stadium, in a rather unorthodox manner, where Champion Gary is awaiting the match."
Alex lept off charizard as it neared the ground and recalled it to its Poke'ball. Gary stood at the opposite end, a cocky look on his face, and called to Alex; "So, finally decided to show up, eh? Are you ready?"
"Ready as I'll ever be. Are you?" Alex responded.
"Yeah, I'm ready. Ill finally prove to you and all those watching that im the better Trainer!"
"We'll, this battle shall determine that."
A man wearing an official Poke'mon League Head Quartes Referee Uniform walked out into the middle of the arena and hend up two flags. "The Pokemon League Championship match between the Challenger, Alex, and the Champion, Gary, will now commence. It will consisat of a six on six, single style battle, in which both the Challenger and the Champion are allowed both Substitutions and Items." He walked out of the center and ascended a platform, and continued; "the match will commence when both participants and their respective pokemon are ready."
"Ready!" Alex called.
"As am I," said Gary cooly.
"On my signal," said the Referee. "May the Championship Battle now commence!" he said waving the flags.
Alex grabbed a pokeball off his belt and threw it into the air, releasing Raichu.
"Rai!" It cried.
Gary tossed up his ball, revealing his first choice to be Pidgeot.
"Geotgeo!" It cried, flapping its wings, scattering feathers.
"Good, I've got the type advantage," said Alex to himself."Go, Raichu! Use Thunder!"
"Pidgeot, evade, and use Wing Attack!" Gary said as Raichu curled up to charge up energy, and then belted out an electric blast. The surge of electricty missed Pigeot as it quickly got out of the way, and hit the ground, burning a large asterisk-like shape into the ground. Pidgeot then opened its wings wide and thrust them violently. A powerful gust of wind slammed into Raichu, knocking it backward.
"Ok, that didnt work. Let go for accuracy instead of power. Thunderbolt, Raichu!" Said Alex as Raich u recoverd from the blow. Raichu charged up energy.
"Quickly, Pidgeot, Get it with another wing attack!" Gary said, smirking.
Pidgeot drew back its wings to try to hit Raichu first, but was unsuccesful. The blast of energy caught Pidgeot good. Static crackled around Pidgeot. It was paralyzed.
"Pidgeot!" Gary said concerned, and then turned to Alex when Pidgeot was revealed to be okay."Lucky shot. That will be the only one you get. Pidgeot, Fly!" Pidgeot thrusted its powerful wings and gracefully took to the skies.
"Raichu, this is our shot, use Thunder!" Raichu belted out the attack, whick hit Pidgeot, causing it to plumet towards the earth. It smashed into the ground with a horrible thud. Gary recalled it, and then sent out Alakazam.
"Ok, Alakazam, use Psychic," Gary said trying not to show his anger. How could Alex take down Pidgeot so easily?
"Quick Raichu, Slam!" Raichu bounded into the air and was caugh by the surge of psychic energy. It flew through the air but was able to recover itself enough to land on its feet."Slam, again!" This time Alex was lucky he landed slam before Gary could use another attack.
"Alakazam, use Calm Mind!" Alakazam closed its eyes and calmed itself and focused its psychic energy.
"Raichu, use Slam again!"
"Evade the attack and use Psychic!" Alakazam dodged the Slam, and hit Raichu with another surge of psychic energy, Raichu hit the ground, hard.
"Come on Raichu, get up," Alex pleaded, but Raichu was out cold. "Return. Go, Rhydon!"

This is most of Chapter I, i dont feel like finishing it tonight. Ill edit the rest in tomorrow.
