I found this comic while I was wandering around online. I do not take credit for it. I am merely posting it so you guys can see.
The comic is about Gardevoir, which is what caught my attention in the first place.
Unfortunately, it’s in Japanese. I included a little summary before each slide, telling what the picture is about. I do not speak Japanese, so these are just my guess of what’s happening. If there is a Japanese speaker out there willing to help translate, I will be very grateful.
Anyways, enough talk, let’s get on with the comic.
1. This is the order in which the comic should be read.
2. Gardevoir works at an office building. She got a letter from her boss, a Metang.
3. (I’m not sure if this is right, since I can’t read Japanese.
) The letter was apparently given to Metang to give to Gardevoir. It was a letter asking her out, and Metang told her to be nice. Gardevoir seems kind of annoyed at that. When she returned to her desk, she opened the letter and saw it was a Hitmonlee who sent it.
4. At the cafeteria, all the other female employees are talking about guys and stuff (or maybe about Gardevoir, I’m not sure). When Gardevoir approaches, there is this deadly aura around her, and all the other girls shut up. In the girl’s dressing room, Gardevoir talks to her friend, a Feebas (who is controlling a robot body!
).
5. Gardevoir gets a call, and she flips open her cell phone to see that it is from Latios. Gardevoir becomes all dreamy-eyed (for lack of a better term
) while Feebas sighs and takes out her Pokeblock case. Feebas eats a lot of Pokeblocks at once and chokes.
6. Feebas falls over and off the robot body. Then, she evolves into a Milotic! Milotic looks at herself in the mirror, before rushing out of the building to try out her new form. The day then goes by, and soon it’s time to get off work.
7. Gardevoir is walking down the street, and she notices that she’s being followed. She hides behind a building and begins channeling energy to her hand. When the stranger, a Typhlosion, passes by, Gardevoir jumps out and delivers a THUNDER PUNCH!!!
She knocks the Typhlosion right over. (Wow! I’m impressed!
)
8. Gardevoir recognizes the Typhlosion and tries to help him up, but Typhlosion is too heavy and she collapses under him. Later, the two are eating at a small stand run by a Slowbro and they do some catching up.
9. Typhlosion and Gardevoir talk, and Typhlosion says he remembers the time when they were both on the police force. He then says something embarrassing that makes Gardevoir mad, and she threatens him with another Thunder Punch. (You just gotta love Typhy’s expression in the top right slide.
) Gardevoir then yells in frustration and Typhlosion sweat-drops.
10. After saying goodbye to Typhlosion, Gardevoir continues walking. She passes by a store, and a Vigororth tries to interest her in some of the merchandise (apparently, beauty products). Suddenly, a Cacturne appears behind Gardevoir and says something really spooky.
11. The Cacturne introduces himself, and says that he can make Gardevoir look younger and more attractive. Gardevoir at first doesn’t trust him, but when Cacturne begins to walk away, she changes her mind and follows him. (Not a good idea, girls. -_-)
12. They arrive at Cacturne’s house, which also contains a few Gulpins. Cacturne sits Gardevoir down on one of the beds and gives her some sort of drink. (Again, NOT a good idea, girls. >_<)
13. Gardevoir takes a sip, and instantly faints. Cacturne then begins working. The next morning, Cacturne taps his pipe on Gardevoir’s head and wakes her up. Cacturne says he is finished, and Gardevoir looks in a mirror. She sees herself years younger and more beautiful. She pays Cacturne and thanks him, before leaving for work.
14. On the way to work, Gardevoir talks to her friend, the newly evolved Milotic. Milotic congratulates her, but also warns her about trusting random strangers.
15. At the office, many other Pokemon notice Gardevoir’s change. A Deoxys even tries to give her flowers. (Aww...how sweet.
) Gardevoir is determined that she will finally win over Latios, whom she has a crush on. She eavesdrops on Latios to find out where he is going. (Haha...Swampert sweat-drops after he sees what Gardevoir is doing.
) Gardevoir finds out that Latios is going to the park with Exeggutor and Parasect, and she follows them.
16. A lot of talking, nothing really happens. However, Latios does reveal that he likes stage-1 Pokemon better (and Gardevoir is stage-2).
17. Gardevoir overhears this, and she rushes back to Cacturne. Cacturne tells her that he is capable of doing so. He again repeats the process of giving her a drink, which again knocks her out. (For the third time, NOT a good idea, girls. DO NOT trust strangers, and DEFINITELY do not eat what they offer. >_<)
18. The next morning, Cacturne taps his pipe on
Kirlia’s head and wakes her up. Kirlia looks at herself in the mirror and is very satisfied. She pays Cacturne and thanks him for his help. At the park, Typhlosion strolls by and notices Latios and Kirlia on a date, with Luvdiscs hovering around them. (very cute
)
19. Latios and Kirlia have lots of fun, and Kirlia buys a cute little outfit. But suddenly, a female Bayleef walks out of the bushes finds the two together. She cries, saying Latios has dumped her.
20. A whole bunch of other female Pokemon appear on the scene, including Loudred, Combusken, Lairon, Vibrava, Pidgeotto, Golbat, Latias, Croconaw, Weepinbell, Kakuna, and Shelgon. Apparently, Latios has dated them all. They all get angry and attack Latios. (There’s a moral for all the guys out there.
) Latios faints, and Kirlia tries to carry him, but he is too heavy and she collapses.
21. Eventually, Kirlia gets Latios to the Pokemon Center, and the nurse Chansey says he’ll stay in the hospital for at least two weeks (from what little I can read). Chansey also says something about Kirlia’s back deteriorating faster than normal, despite her younger age. Kirlia is surprised at the news, and she tries to get back to Cacturne. However, she has to walk using a crutch, and along the way, she passes Typhlosion, who notices something is wrong.
22. At Cacturne’s place, Kirlia asks Cacturne to change her back. Kirlia explains what is happening to her, and Cacturne laughs evilly, saying he knew it would happen. He then says (I think
) that while she was drugged, Cacturne extracted her experience points, which he will use for his evil plans. Muwahahah!!!
23. Kirlia tries to attack Cacturne, but she gets defeated by his Poison Sting. Cacturne then commands his Gulpins to take away what little experience points Kirlia has left. After the process, Kirlia reverts back to a Ralts.
24. Cacturne takes the extracts, and he condenses them into what looks like Rare Candies. Cacturne marvels at the huge collection he already has, laughing evilly to himself. Suddenly, Typhlosion appears and picks Cacturne up by his collar. Apparently, all the Gulpins have been defeat, a couple of them are even punched into the walls and ceiling! (You go, Typhy!
)
25. Typhlosion yells at Cacturne, and Cacturne appears to be scared and pretends to surrender. Cacturne starts to hand over the plate with Kirlia’s experience points, but he suddenly throws them into the air.
26. While Typhlosion is distracted, Cacturne punches him right in the stomach, throwing him into the wall. Typhlosion appears to be knocked out, while Cacturne flexes his arm.
27. But wait, Typhlosion is not out yet. He slowly stands up, the flames erupting from his back. (Typhy looks so cool when he’s mad.
) Cacturne then tries to shoot a few Poison Stings at Typhlosion.
28. Typhlosion counters with Flamethrower, burning away the Poison Stings. The attack also burns Cacturne. Typhlosion then charges forward using Flame Wheel.
29. Typhlosion’s Flame Wheel knocks Cacturne right through the wall and into the alley, where he lies unconscious.
30. At the Pokemon Center, Typhlosion scolds Ralts for her foolishness. Ralts apologizes, lowering her head. Typhlosion can’t stay mad at Ralts, so he hands her the container with her experience points. Typhlosion then blushes and turns away, pretending to smoke. Ralts also blushes.
31. Ralts thanks Typhlosion, and she eats half of what’s in the container. Instantly, she changes back into a Kirlia. Latios pops out of nowhere and compliments her stage-1 form. Not even hearing Latios, Kirlia eats the remaining and turns back into Gardevoir.
32. Latios almost collapses and Chansey rushes him back into his hospital room. Gardevoir thanks Typhlosion again, and she jumps onto his back. As Typhlosion carries Gardevoir back home, she says something about coming to see him everyday.
Well, that’s it. I hope you liked it, because I certainly did.
