Help with Flash.

Post subject:  Help with Flash.
I had a little bit of spare time & I decided to make a new Signature since my old one was pretty poor. So I loaded up Flash MX because I knew I wanted to create something with more impact. After a while I came up with this:

Now I'm new to Flash MX, I havn't really used it before so I was wondering if anyone could help me get it right.
There are 2 things that I really wanted improving. Firstly I wanted the text to move to the different locations & sort of transform into the next set of text while it is flickering "Bugs".

Secondly I wanted the pictures of the Bugs to spin round & as they do so change into the picture of another Bug. However, I can't. I havn't got a clue how to do it. Can anyone help me? If someone could tell me how to do it then I would really appreciate it.

Also I'm sorry if this isnt in the right place but I could find nowhere else to post it...

... Let's see, for the text you might have to do a motion or shape tween. Yuo might even need a motion guide (i think) for it. And maybe you could do somehting about the background too. The words and pics are not that easy to see.

This flash MX confuses me a bit...I have it, and I don't know how to use it... Well, does anybody know where I can find a tutorial on how to make animations using Flash?

I have have no clue whatsoever. If there's a help guide that comes with it, use it.
