And? I've been using MS Paint for a long time and my sprites are always awesome. It just takes practice.

your pixel-overs were pretty good. and use GIMP. it's so much easier to use (i spent a day with paint, then switched to GIMP). it's free, too, and legally at that.

I call it, Togeffa. A fusion of Cleffa body and Togepi's face and colour scheme. I made it crying too, cuz the body just looked right.

Dude, I know i've seen this before. on some youtube video. and to my curiosity, I googled Flygon/Dragonite fusion and found this lovely sprite, on this here site. So unless you're "Lady Sirloin" you're stealing art. I'm normally not a douche, but I don't like people stealing art.
