This is a poem I made in class..I wanted to share it, so yea...C/C is appreciated..I don't really mind what it is.... ~ Oh sweet honey, the nectar of life. Coming from the sky, then going back again. Always falling, then getting back up. You show us the right way to live. The coming nectar makes happy hearts be gloomy, but when the rays of the next day beam through the clouds, that happiness is so much better. When love is in the air, and the birds start singing lullibies at the rising sun. We show fear when you are angry, and make us sad on grief-filled days. But you are within us, and that is why we need you. We need you. You may be simple, but you are in us all, and we need you. Waste away, and we die. Overload, and we die. We need you, but only so much. That is why you make a cycle of yourself. So you will not kill us all. Oh soothing nectar, vengeful nectar, saddened nectar. Show us the way of life...the way of living... ~ Can you guess what the "nectar" is? |
