this is evil katkoot he is the subject of my evil katkoot world domination campaign,this is a project were we want to make his picture known all over the world he is already famous and loved in my school and my brothers school and i hope with your help he will become famous in your school,any help will be appreciated.

We can't see it because you can't post images from your computer's folder. You need to post it on the internet and then post the URL inside the "IMG" brackets. Post it on http://www.photobucket.com: use a http://www.mytrashmail.com e-mail address (or the like), and fake your name, etc.
