That is a sweeeeeet drawing! You used Photoshop or something for that light in the background.
Although it looks great, one thing bugs me.....
Why is there a 7 (or whatever the blue thing is) on it's forehead?

Pretty cool! I like its eye, because it looks original. 
Did you draw it with a mouse or a tablet or did you colour a scanned picture?

Acctually It's mouse made, I didn't got a scanner back then. ^^' _________________
