Always choose either .png (for sigs), or .gif (for sprites and animations). I will be honest; you look like you have the talent, but you've not yet used it. The revamps are a prime example - a good start, but ruined by trivial problems. Finally, I do advise getting GIMP. It outclasses MSPaint by miles. _________________

To make things transparent.. 1: Open the image you want to make transparent. 2: Click the eyedropper tool, and click on the background. 3: Layer -> transparency -> add alpha channel. IF YOU CAN'T CLICK ON IT, IT MEANS IT ALREADY HAS AN ALPHA CHANNEL. 4: Go to Select -> By Color. 5: Click on your image. 6: Go to Edit -> Clear. You will notice that your background has turned a grey and black checkered thing..that's what will be transparent. 7: MAKE SURE YOU SAVE AS GIF. 8: Upload your image, and put it on psypokes! It's that simple; once you get the hang of it, you will know it by heart! Hope I helped.

You took a backround from the internet, took some Sugimori artwork, slapped them together, and added some fonts . Yay. Try using fonts from dafont.com, they are very good. Also, it would look better if the sigs' backrounds matched the pokemon's colors better, like this: And for the sprites, they're pretty good actually. _________________
