well, i just figured out how to make fusions, and they're preety good:

my brother gave me the idea for that one:{rayquaza}+{bulbasaur}+{ho-oh}+{regice}
Image{drapion}+{toxicroak}+{sableye}+{gliscor}
i entered this and the next one in contests:
Image{milotic}+{seviper}+{scyther}+{charizard}+{crawdaunt}

Nice work, The fusions are good but I would sugest you to Fuse 2 or 3 ones other wise it gets a little messy.
(Also It looks a little strange with "Fake" Transparency.)
I'd say 7 or 8/10.

As for your sig, what program are you using, you cut off the Gardevoir with your text, the recolors are good (on the sig) but the background is plain as can be. 5/10.

Your newer fusions are better.
