Hello, SwampZard wanted me to write a guide to animating pictures on AS3, so here we go. Any questions? Just post here. Enjoy!

1. Okay, so you need some frames first. Open Paint, and paste in the pictures you want to animate. I've chosen to animate Parasect. Make a box big enough for all of the sprites to fit in, and copy and paste it around each frame.
2. Zoom in X8 and using the selection tool, highlight just within the border.
3. Click Edit at the top of the screen, and then Copy To. This only saves the selection of the document, instead of the whole "Untitled - Paint".
4. Give the frame a filename with ordered numbers in. This will come in handy later on. Save as Bitmap. It's the default one, and doesn't need to be anything else.
5. Repeat this process and you'll end up with all of the frames, in order. (It's recommended you make a new folder for these files, so they don't get lost.)
6. Install (if not done so already) and open Jasc Animation Shop 3. It should come up with this screen, then it should disappear and allow you to do as you please.
7. Click Open and open any one frame. (They're all the same size, so it won't matter). I chose to open Frame 1. Now press theDelete key on your keyboard.
8. Click Animation at the top of the menu, and then hover over Insert Frames and click From File.
9. Click Add File and then find the first frame. Highlight it and click Ok. Do the same with all of the other frames, in order.
10. Click the icon between the rubber and text tools. Then tick the tickbox (To Canvas Color) or just press C. Then fill in the white you want transparent. It should come out as a checkerboard.
11. Once all of the frames have been dealt with, it's time to test out your animation. Simply click the View Animation button at the top of the menu.
12. You may want to delay frame(s). Simply press Alt + Enter on your keyboard to bring up the Frame Properties menu. Enter a numerical value between 1 & 100, (1 being the shortest frame time) and then click Ok.
13. Click the Save icon and a window will pop up. Click Customize and another window will appear. Click the dropdown box and click 255 colors. Make sure Nearest Color is selected. Then click Ok.
14. Keep clicking Next until the menu disappears. Congratulations! Your transparent animated GIF is complete! And my finished product...

Where do you get the other pics? I see you have the main one. But where do you get the others?

I just wanted to thank you for doing this, it's a really cool thing to do, writing this guide. It might not have taken you long, (or maybe?), but I bookmarked it. Thanks :)

Thanks. It did take quite a while, but I see it was worth it ;p

Well, rubypoke gave me the full version, since he got it. I could host it on a website and give a direct link if you like. The free trial is no longer available I don't think.
Here's the direct link to the installer. If anyone thinks this is wrong, please speak up.

Ok, this is one part I was hoping not to explain because I knew it'd take a while and a lot of effort. But since you need it, here we go.

Right, you want the different sprites? Ok, try this for a practise. Get the two different frames of your favourite Pokemon (Ruby/Sapphire&Emerald or Diamond/Pearl Frames 1 + 2) if that makes sense.

Paste them into Paint as if you were going to edit the sprites. Copy and paste them both onto another part of the document. (This is for backup)

Now, wherever you want the sprites to be positioned, do this now. Put one sprite over the other in the place where the next frame would be. Uh...try this.

Now draw a box around these two sprites. As shown here. Delete the inside of this box, and put the box around the sprites where desired. There you have it!
