drew it by hand and scanned it a few months ago, today I decide to make the background transparent.
uh-oh, looks like transparent doesn't works on PNGs.
the GIF distortion problem haunts me... is there a way to make GIFs look as nice as PNGs?

Very, very good. Skarmory is one of my fav pokemon so I judge harshly for that, but you have got some skill.

Looks like a nice Skarmory evo imo.
I really like it, I gave it a 4.
Reason:
It's a lovely idea, I love the head in particular. It isnt a crummy picture with jaggled lines either.
What could help it is shading, lighter coloring where the light is facing it and darker shading where the light isnt there.
The wings could be worked on a teeny bit more, their posture/positioning on the body isn't perfect.
Other than that, it's a lovely picture, far better that anything I could do by hand. >_<

Yes, it is very good. I gave it a 4/5 for creativity and solid colouring. I know people don't really notice solid colouring but it makes it look much better than non-solid colouring. Also, to do something like that by hand is amazing. Especially since it is a big picture, which from my experience is much harder than small drawings. The only things I found wrong were the legs, it looks like one has a red pike but the other doesn't. And the hands, from my view the thumb on the closer hand is on the wrong side. Other than those tiny problems, great work .

Very nice i was trying to draw some pokemon a few days ago.... didnt work out so good
