o_O Well if you're a moderator (Gym Leader rank) there is a little button at the bottom of every thread, on the left side.

If you're NOT a moderator, there is no button, thus, you can't lock anything. If you need something locked however, please PM a moderator of the forum, and they'll most likely do it.
