Internet filter help

 My other computer has an internet filter on it. All three of the sites that the website someone refered me to upload pics were blocked for things such as R-rated search engines, verious chat rooms, etc :x :x . Do you know any that wont be blocked?I'm trying to uploads some pics but i can't

Try http://pictiger.com/ . My school has a filter that blocks like 9/10 of the internet too, but it doesn't block that site.
