So about a month, then it is considered necromancy. There are exceptions, though. If your post that is reviving an old thread is constructive, it isn't always considered necromancy. ;)

Like Krisp said, for example, let's say noone posted in "Latest News for D/P" for a month, then you say, "I just found out Manyula's English name is ---, look here, *put url here*", technically that's news. But if its "that name is stupid" after a month, then that's not really good.
