Post How do I get the paint progam?
People here have the paint and I use preview, but there is no paint option. Why?

You install Windows. Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> Paint. Really now, it's not that hard to look around.

On the off chance that it isn't there, I believe there is a way that it could have been uninstalled. In the control panel, under Add and Remove Programs click the Add/Remove Windows Components button, insert your windows CD, and check the boxes.
