How do the pysoke rankings work?

I would like to know how the rankings work on these forums if anyone has any help on this topic i would be most gratefull? Do they go up when you post a certain amount of times? Or do the modertators put them up when they feel you are ready?

Well, if you're active and are on for about 1 and a half hours everyday, posting in that time, it shoudn't take more than 2-3 weeks. If you see, I've been on for about Half-an-hour, and I've made round about 20 posts because I can join in the conversation and also generate conversation. Signing up again simply creates "dead" users and I just don't see the need to do it over and over again...nobody will know who you are.
