Basically, someone who has done something wrong/bad and is in trouble, and any further problems with the user will result in a ban. Does that make sense?

I could have swore an Announcement was made on the very matter, or am I dreaming?

http://www.dictionary.com defines "probation" as the act of suspending the sentence/punishment of a person convicted of an offense and granting that person provisional freedom on the promise of good behavior.
