cool_trainer2014, you need to calm down and read over the FAQs at the top of the page. Both the phpBB FAQs and the Psypoke Forums FAQ are good reads for any new beginner.

The past three topics here in help have been yours, and all could be answered by reading those pages. We don't mind helping you, so please don't get that impression. However, you could save yourself a lot of questioning and effort by reading those pages over to familliarize yourself with how the forum works.
