in netbattle someone threaten me that there gonna hunt me down and burn my house. what should i do? And Mods, if this isnt the right place please move. |

Point and laugh at them, for they are silly. Seriously, the guy making threats is far, far away, and poses no threat unless he starts coming up with addresses and other important details. THEN be scared. But until then, don't worry. Besides, if they're playing Pokemon on the computer, I honestly doubt they'd be willing to leave the house, much less fly across the country or however far it would be just to burn a house down.

Until this person shows any indication of actually going through with it, there is no reason to be scared, because they're not going to do anything. I could say that I was going to kill you, but unless I actually knew your address and what you look like and whatever other details I needed to know to find you, it remains an empty threat, and nothing to worry about. |

Don't be. It's an empty threat. While you shouldn't taunt them by saying "lalalala you don't have my address at all loser lalalala" there's perfectly no reason to be worried at all

Just say "I'll burn your house down first!! Nah nah ne nah nah!!" And when they run out of their house, buy a first class ticket on Emirates with a little bag from homebase costing 400 quid, take 'em down with a Shotgun!! Sorry if that was too violent. |

The idea that someone's actually going to hunt you down over the internet is downright silly. Unless you give them large amounts of personal info, they'll never find you no matter how many empty threats they throw out. In short, it's an empty threat; pay it no mind. |
