It wont let me save any platinum pics and some others

I hope i'm not making some sort of idiot move, but what won't let you. Your camera? Computer? DS? Anyway I may be able to help. List all the things you do to upload them and why you think they don't work. Any pop ups that come up? Battery low? More info, please

I think he means Psypoke won't let him. When you right-click to save, nothing happens. I would assume it's so you can't steal them, but maybe it's something else.
