understand why we must constantly repeat ourselves regarding the signature policy.

Right, so if you had taken a look at these signature rules, you would know that it is the administration's discretion as to when (if) you may have your signature privileges back. pokemon ranger is right -- given you have been here for a couple years, you should know what is going on in our community.
