I suppose this belongs in the General section. My apologies if it doesn't.

Anyway, is it possible to obtain a Wi-Fi internet connection from home? There are some Wi-Fi hot spots locally (such as my public library), but if I could, I'd like to be able to access it from my house.

Actually, this belongs in the help forum. No problem, I'll move it there right now. :)

As for Wi-Fi, if you have internet access at home, you can get Wi-Fi. I have a question though - is this for a laptop, or just wireless gaming?

It's for my DS. I have a wireless router and an internet connection. How do I set it up so that it will allow me to access Wi-Fi on my DS? Thanks for the assistance by the way.

You have to find out your WEP key. There's a way you can do it, but I forget how. Toasty might know. :)

Or of course, your router might be unlocked and you don't need to do that. If it has an open blue lock, you're able to go straight onto wi-fi, if it has a red, closed lock then you'll need your WEP key. :)

Okay I got it. I feel like a fool though now. All I had to do was go to the Wi-Fi settings. I just thought it'd be in the DS settings, not in the menu when I open up Pokemon.

Thanks for the help everyone. :D
