 I saw a post on the Wi-Fi trade thread that said something about a correct format for the answer PM. Um what's the format?

There is no specific "format." If someone requests for you to put it in a special format, then use that.

There are no formats in PM. Answer the PM freely, as long as you don't use rude words.

There's no format for PM-ing people regarding the Wifi trades, but there is a suggested format for posting in the Wifi trading thread intself. Refer to the first post by Raichulatias for details.
