How is the damage calculator supposed to be read?
When i get get that Min,Max, Avg numbers are those the percent of the life
bar the attack takes or the actual HP that would be subtracted from an
attack?

Damage calculations all involve a random number. The Min, Max, and Average data tells you what you'll get if that random number is the smallest, the largest, and the dead middle of all the possible random numbers.
Also, the Damage Calculator on the site is a little out of date/borked, so if the numbers you're seeing don't make sense, that's why. I'm working on it.
