Post subject:  Help on transparency

I have owned a shop for a while and I use fake transparency. The time has come for me to use real transparency. Is there anyway to use transparency without using an advanced art programs and saved as PNG?

Well, there's the GIMP, which is free and does transparency among other things. Unfortunately, I'm too discombobulated to find the URL, I'm sure a search would get the site for you.

But do you have to download it? My parents won't let me download anything.

Yes, you need to download GIMP. I too can't download anything on my computer. If you can't download anything on your computer, you can't do real transparency, not unless....

Which version of paint do you use?
'Cos on some older versions of paint(s) you can do transparency.

^I thought paint was and had been the same. If you have a Program called Windows/Microsoft GIF animator, I can link you to a site with a tutorial for that.

Nope, paint has changed a lot. Also, some computers don't automatically have GIF animator. I think it's the older type of computers that do have GIF animator and I'm guessing that Treeckoluv has a newer computer since he can't do transparency without downloading something to assist him in making transparency.

^ I know it would be unlikely, but it is still a possiblity.
