I always try to sign up for Team Solar.I click join group.Yet the next day it doesen't show that I'm pending to join Team Solar.My friend said you can't be rejected from asking to be on a team unless you're Team hopping,which i never have done.I need answers.

You can be rejected for any reason. If you are absolutely positive that you are doing everything right, I suggest speaking privately with the Team Leader to resolve the matter.

I know who he is, he hasn't done anything wrong, and he doesn't spam [much, at least]. The leader might actully be being cruel to members trying to join, because when I was trying to apply for team solar, every day i'd say I wasn't subscribing to their team, so then I decided to quit and join team psyche and THEY accepted me, but not team solar.
