Name changes?

 Hi a few people I have seen have changed there names. How do we do this? Like when rapidash got changed to Vulpine. Please tell.

actully they're probobly COMPLETELY different people, Because it doesn't say you can change it. the ppl probobly CLAIM there that person.

Yes, name changes cost 2500 psybucks. However, name changes have been offered as trivia prizes in the past, too.
Vulpine was a special case; I changed his name because he gave me a good reason as to why he wanted it changed.
