Ha, one of the least known games for the PC. Petz is basically adopting a dog/cat or two and taking care of 'em.

I have Catz 5 and Dogs 5, though I only have C5 installed.

My two cats are Ranulf and Kiska.

I'm an unofficial Catz breeder, and I'm trying to get a pure black male cat with red eyes and a whitish female cat with blue eyes.(I'm trying to get back in the swing of caring for my Petz, as I haven't played the game in ages, that's what Ranulf and Kiska are for. When I've got the hang of things, I'll put them in another folder and adopt/breed others.)

Hmmm...I wonder if that's where Nintendo got their idea for Nintendogs...

Wowzers. Sounds like one of those "You gotta really enjoy it to play it" games. I'll admit that sounds interesting...but I just know I couldn't spend more than a week fully enjoying it.

Kinda like Harvest Moon, ya know?

I dunno...I guess I'm just rambling. Breeding does sound kinda fun though...

Mm. Only, these puppies/kittens actually grow up. It's cool. Breeding is fun too; I got a pure white German Shepherd mix through breeding. (Plus, the newborn puppies/kittens are so CUUUUUUTE!!! </girlymoment>)

The funny thing is, if you get a really nervous breed (like the orange wirehair), they'll sometimes jump and stick to the ceiling. Absolutely hilarious.

Though... Ranulf has a balance issue... he takes a few steps and trips. Over nothing.

I have Dogz 4 but it doesn;t work on my new PC. It's cool though. I like spraying them with the water bottle. *YELP*

The Chihuahuas should have a special button on their heads when you press them, it mutes them. YAP YAP YAP YAP etc etc.

But yeah, it's better than Nintendogs because you don't need to walk them, feed them and you can download extras such as pet Snowmen o_O
