Children of Bodom - Downfall
I don't consider this a joke, though it'd be quite awkward having melodic death metal playing in the background during a funeral... but hey, it's death metal!

Skyway by the Replacements 'cuz it's purdy, Ha Ha You're Dead by Green Day (just for lolz), Ramble On by Led Zeppelin, and at the end, randomly play the chicken dance song, just to see how people would react.
Person: (Insert sadness here)
*chicken dance plays*
Person:...huh?

To be honest, I don't know yet. I'm sure they'll be a song in he future that I'd want for it, but I can't find a good one as of now. Maybe the Beatles's Hello Goodbye song.
I found my dad's though: Pat Green - Dixie Lullaby

Life in a Glass House by Radiohead, and a Mars Volta song. Possibly a song by the Beatles. I haven't decided

I would love a song by artist Sia titled Breathe Me because it is really moving it is one of those few songs that is very emotional.

A different song for my three best friends. It changes with time but for one it would be Green Day's 'Wake Me Up When September Ends'; for another it'd be Elton John and Kiki Dee's 'Don't Go Breaking My Heart' and I can't decide on one for my girl. Maybe Michelle Branch's 'All You Wanted' but then the words wouldn't really go to the last two as I'd be dead, lol.
The Elton John one is just from a singing game we play, I don't actually like that kind of music.
Also, maybe 'Blame it on the Weatherman' for my sister as we used to sing it when it came on the radio years ago, lol. Funny times.
*Edit* If it was a serious song and one that I could relate to, then probably Evanescene's 'My Immortal'. Lovely and depressing.

I'd have a list of a few;
Highway To Hell- AC/DC (Yeah. Suiting, and I like'em.)
My Immortal- Evanesence
Hurt- Johnny Cash (Never heard the NIN version.)
It's My Life- Bon Jovi (Kinda ironic though... Talking about life when you're dead huh?)
