Im surprised there isnt a topic on it that I can see easily.

Legend of Zelda is a perfect series of fantasy games from the lovely people at Nintendo.

Basics: Zelda is a princess, usually hassled by a huge Impish guy called 'Ganondorf'. Link (The uuber hero of time) has to save Princess Zelda, exploring the world, meeting people, running errands, entering dungeons and defeating huge ugly bosses.

Its a very time-using addictive game.

Favourite Zelda game: Ocarina of Time

I cant wait for the new 'Twilight Princess' to come out soon. It shall be so cool.

Who else here loves/likes Zelda?

*raises hand*

I haven't had time to play the entire series (Mainly because I don't own the entire series--my friend Shane does), but it's an awesome game. I like The Wind Waker the most. Gotta love poor ol' Link getting splatted on walls every three seconds ^_^

"GAH!"

I'd like to get the Four Swords one. That one looks interesting, as well as the new Twilight Princess one.

The one coming out soon looks awesome. They say it's gotten rid of the cutesy-cutesy stuff from the original games...though I don't know what they're talking about...

I thought Four Swords was bad for a Zelda game, it just wasn't impressive, and it was boring by yourself...
There's anther Zelda due to coem out with the Wind Waker graphics so watch out.

Twilight Princess looks awesome, continuing the serious looking Zelda games where Orcarina of Time left off. To bad Nintendo can't decide when to release it. >< Goes and riots with signs saying "RELEASE TWILIGHT PRINCESS NOW!!!!"

I think Twilight Princess is the game I'm looking foward to the most. (followed by KH2, Just a little longer!)

I haven't played ALL of them, but I have played a few of them. I've played: Link To The Past/Four Swords, the first one, and the one where you have to level up and stuff (I'm not entirely sure what they are called), Ocrina of Time, Majora's Mask, Oracle of Seasons, and Oracle of Ages.

In my opinion, they were all boring, except the oracles. I've never played the Gamecube ones, because I've been disapointed by the N64 ones too many times. The NES one wasn't too bad, though...

I love the WW graphics ^_^ They're one of the reasons I think that game's awesome.

I forgot about the Oracle ones...I've never played 'em. I'll have to look for them at Gamestop/EB Games next time I go to the mall.

Well so far I have loved every Zelda game I have played. The only one I haven't played is The Legend Of Zelda 2:Link's Adventure. It really didn't appeal to me,the best one in my opinion is the Ocarina of Time. That will most likely change though when Twighlight Princess comes out.

OOT was long and nice for me. And particularly humorous *coughGoronswantingtosuffocateLinkwithhugscough*. Its my favorite game. All I need to do is capture that dumb Loach, and everything will be done. Over 100 Skulltulas (via some glitch I found).
I cant wait for TP to come out also. Omg, Eponas back! WEWT! And now you can weild your sword on horseback! *goes and slashes everything to kingdom come* *screeches war-cry*

Legend of Zelda
Legend of Zelda II: Link's Adventure
Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past
Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening
Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask
Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons
Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages
Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker

and to come...
Legend of Zelda: Twighlight Princess

These are the only Zelda games I care for. I don't like the Four Swords series (single player wise; believe me, multiplayer four swords for GCN is HILARIOUS), I really thought Minish Cap was pointless, and I dread those awful CD-I Zelda games (like Link and the Faces of Evil).

After a little piecing together, I established the games that relate to each other (take place within the same time frame/dimension).

LoZ---LoZII: Link's Adventure
Pretty simple to figure out they're connected.

LoZ: A Link to the Past-----LoZ: Link's Awakening
In the original Official Nintendo Player's Guide for LoZ: Link's Awakening, it stated that after LoZ: A Link to the Past, Link set sail across the ocean to hone his skills to become stronger. And then he gets lost in the storm, becomes shipwrecked onto Koholint Isle, and that's what happens in LoZ: Link's Awakening.

LoZ: Ocarina of Time----LoZ: Majora's Mask----LoZ: Wind Waker
Everyone knows that OoT and MM are connected. But some don't realize that Wind Waker is too. It's only been a long time since the events that took place in OoT. When you start a new file in WW, you even see the storyline of what happened in OoT. Not to mention you visit Hyrule, and plus you wield the same Master Sword that the original Link wielded. There's much more to show, but most of ya'll probably already know it all.

Just felt like sharing.

Erm, if you can't figure that out you obviously don't pay attention to your games. :P

Anyway, my favorite Zelda is OoT, followed by WW, then the original, then the rest.

Yeah the name of the next Zelda game with WW graphics is Phantom Hourglass and it's for DS. I'll go find the link about it.

EDIT: Here's the link

Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask
These were the best in my opinion.

Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker
It was cool the way they designed everything, but the end was really bad with all those bubbles in the credits...really put me off.

Legend of Zelda: Twighlight Princess
I am really looking forward to this game...the graphics look amazing and I read that you can change into animals and stuff.

Yeah, on WW, the ending is sorta stinky IMO.... its weird... especially when you're riding the King of Hyrule....it just is wrong to me...
WW...soo......close....to....20....Heart containers...I have 3 more PoH to go, theyre all on land. Yay for salvaging every single chart :)

My WW file is corrupted >_<'' I'm in the second Deku forest, and when I go to leave, it won't let me... it keeps saying that 'An error has occured. Please...' blah blah blah. ^_^''

EDIT: I read the GC User's Manual-thing, and it says that when that error comes up, it's not the game, it's the GAMECUBE!! My gamecube's got the problem!! *cries*

Well of course the people who make the game are going to blame it on the Game Cube!!!

Anyway, My faves are Oracle of Seasons/Ages and Link to the past on GameBoy Color

I've only ever played the GB/GBA Zelda games (mostly thanks to a lack of N64 or Gamecube) but I have to say that they are awesome!
My favourite of the ones that I've played (Oracle of Seasons, Link to the Past, Link's Awakening (always thought that it sounded a bit of a rude name!) and Minish Cap) will always be Link's Awakening because it's the game that rekindled my interest in gaming (it's a long story, please donate 250 Psybucks to me if you want to hear it *rubs hands and mutters the word 'suckers'* ), because the dungeon bosses look awesome, and really take a lot of thinking to defeat.

Ocarina of Time FTW, I'm currently struggling on the 'Weakest Link' challenge my best friend set me; complete the whole game with only the 3 hearts you start with, don't upgrade or pick up any non-essential stuff, and defeat Ganon with Iron Boots and the Megaton Hammer only
Gah! I'm stuck in the Spirit Temple, Iron Knuckles are a OHKO for me...

I really do love the LoZ series. The only games I've played are Majoras Mask, Ocarina of Time and Minish Cap. I'd have to say that Minish Cap was my favorite, it has hours of gameplay and being able to shrink down... Ooooh it's just so good!

Twilight Princess looks really good, it has two modes, Story Mode and Fishing Mode. I think Fishing Mode is just something to keep you occupied if you get stuck, but the good news is it will also be released on Gamecube so I won't have to buy a Wii to play it ^_^ Though if I did have to buy a Wii to play it.... I would buy one, but it still looks awesome!

the zelda series has been one of my favourites on nitendo. my personal fav was Ocarina of Time because its story i feel was the greatest of all time and Still is. BUT one thing is for sure that windwaker was the biggest dissapointment of my life..... graphics, storyline and a talking boat come on. they could have done alot better and i hope Twilight Princess is better :D

Hey awesome!I have these Zelda games:

"The Legend of Zelda","The Adventure of Link","Ocarina of Time","Majoras Mask","Wind Waker","Oracle of Ages","Oracle of Seasons","Link to the Past", and "The Mininsh Cap"

Anyways they are good and as far as I know, Twilight Princess is already out and yes The Phantom Hourglass is coming to the DS soon which takes place after Link and Tetra sail away in Wind Waker.

I'd have to say my favorite so far is The Phantom Hourglass.
