uuuh Vampire Genesis has the zombie recursion effect, meaning he isn't totally useless. A useless nomi is Water Dragon, you are going to seldom get it's effect, why try?

That doesn't mean he's a good card. Why would anyone remove a Vampire Lord from play for a weaker version of The Creator?

Author:  Latios [ Sat Jan 28, 2006 11:20 am ]
Post subject:

Yes he may be able to bring cards back but correct me if I'm wrong you have to give up cards from your hand,he isn't useless he just he isn't a good card.

The Creator's still a better card than Vampire Genesis could ever hope to be.

Post subject:

Yes that is true it would be better if he had 3000 attack though.

You want 3000 ATK? Play a Machine with 1500 ATK and use Limiter Removal, attack, then use Dimensionhole! EAT THAT, BANDIT KEITH! *insert maniacal laughter here*

Dimensionhole is better used on a spirit monster, as technically it will stay on the field so you can get insane advantage with Yamata Dragon or Hino-Kagu-Tsuchi.

Yes that is cool. I would use that before using a move from the show. I don't know why I never use moves from the show.

1 - Many of them, countless, are impossible to perform in the real game (kuriboh+multiply, deck destruction virus, oh, why bother...)

2 - There are better ones

Yes that is true now all they have to do is make a good Yu-Gi-Oh game all of them have sucked.

Reminds me of when Kaiba used Obelisk the Tormentor against Umbra and Lumis. That Mirror Force card Umbra activated should have destroyed Obelisk the Tormentor, but he just punched right through.

Why? The God cards have the effect, "this card cannot be targeted by the effect of any card that desgnates a target." Mirror Force does not designate a target.

umm.. no the real good cards have no effect all it has are the desciption. Olbisk is the only usefull one because he is the only one with a actaual attack points.

If I hear that one more time.....ugh......

Look, I know the real-life God Cards have flavor text, but for the love of all that is good and true and noble, NO ONE EVER REMIND ME OF THAT AGAIN!!!!!

Ahem.

Anyway, the God Cards' real effects are those in Nightmare Troubadour. I would highly suggest you look at the DS game.

And never, ever say that Obelisk the Tormentor is the only useful God Card.

"Destroy all attack-position monsters on your opponents side of the field". Perhaps specifying "attack-position" monsters is specifically designating a target? If so, only cards like Dark Hole, Raigeki or Change of Heart would work against Egyptian Gods...

You see, I never could tell which cards specifically designate targets and which don't... Could anyone help me please?

Wel I'm talking about the Real god cards not some sorry YGO games version. I said Olbisk was the most useful because in the real rules he is the only ones who can do anything. The other one scan't because they have no effects and there attacks are X000/X000 or ????/????. He is the only one with a attack that is how he is the only useful thing in the real thing.

Also specific targets are like you can only do it when a specific target attacks you.

I was just correcting your mistake, and you don't own me. Let's not start another argument,it is point less to have a fight over a old card game,

I made no mistake, and it's common courtesy to respect a person's wishes. I don't need to own you.

Latios, Ocean Dragon Lord Neo-Daedalus. The thing makes no mention whatsoever, in its card text, about having to sacrifice Daedalus in order to summon it. I suppose you don't know what an errata stands for, but in that case, we could just use Neo as we use Daedalus, sacrificing 2 monsters, wiping out the fiel and hand and 2800 of direct damage.

Not all cards have their effects written down, and the flavour text in the God Cards... they come from an anime show, and aren't tournament legal, so it's just an attempt at bringing the game and the series together...

That doesn't mean Obelisk is the only useful one. It isn't. IMO, it's the worst one. I'm sure you know how their scores are calculated and their numerous effects applied. If not, read WoC's post on the god cards in a previous page, it's all there. And stop arguing, you look like children.

Yes, Blackwind is right I'm 18 and you are 17 there is no reason to have a argument over a silly card game. How about we change the discussion to what is your favorite YGO game.

Author:  Waker of Chaos [ Tue Jan 31, 2006 7:39 pm ]
Post subject:

I agree with Blackwind. No one here should argue. I'd win anyway.

Anyway, my favorite would be Nightmare Troubadour because of the promo cards that came with it (Silent Magician LV4, Silent Magician LV8, and Magician's Circle), and the fact that you can use a God Card in your Deck.

Also, Latios, this game isn't silly. That be my opinion. Nyeh! :P

Well I have never played the game, all the others I haveplayed have been a waste of time, also WOC don't start another argument by posting"I'd win anyway".

You're missing out on a great game, Latios. And it takes two to argue, so I would highly suggest no one tries to argue with me if no one wants an arguement.

Post subject:

Look what I mean is you didn;t have to add the"I would win anyways"that is a quick way to trigger a argument. As soon as I get 39 bucks I will buy the game,it has nice graphics.

Post subject:

Stop right there, Latios. This could easily be percieved as an arguement.

Anyway, I already have a God Card in my game. I chose Obelisk the Tormentor.
